Great House

This was my first time staying in Seaside and we loved the area. The house was great and only a few minutes walk to the central square area and 5 minute walk to the beach.

perfect location

The house was perfect for our stay in Seaside. Location was great, we could walk everywhere and it was a nice quiet street. We will definitely stay here again

The one thing that really stands out is the location!!! It was amazing! Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants etc…. Was 5 min walk at most! Would definitely stay here again!

Great week

We had a great week and don't want to take that away. That said, the internet was a nightmare and meant the TVs didn't work. I know there was an outage from provider for a day, but we had issues all week. With TV's being dependent on internet and remote work needed, this needs to be a huge priority.

Great location and nice place

Great location and nice place overall that served our family. Would suggest updating the living room electronics and having oven mitts in the kitchen. Management company slow to respond to missing pool passes/fitness center and tv not working. Suggest adding that to the checklist. Also your checkout date is not included in pool, fitness or parking passes which would allow you to enjoy part of the day at Seaside without re-entering the house or hindering cleanup.

April 2019 Stay

this was a great house for our family. we & our two adult daughters & their husbands. the location was terrific. we also enjoyed the bikes a great deal. the only thing lacking for us was a large outdoor space. the porches are small & narrow. we made do however & had a great time. ps....I wouldn't count the bonus bedroom as an actual bedroom unless you have small children who need to sleep near you because it is actually a part of the master suite. we had thought grandparents might come. thank goodness they didn't! it would never have worked. we used it as a snoring room for my husband!

Roaches!

The location is good and the house is a bit dated but not bad. The real issue were the roaches :( We called several times and they came out and tried to spray but sometimes is really bad in this house with roaches in the bathrooms and cupboards. We've stayed at Seaside for 20 years and never seen this many roaches in a house. Very disappointing to spend so much and have to deal with this.

October 2021 Stay

We arrived on Saturday and found the residence very clean and inviting. Loved everything about the area with the shops, restaurants and beach. Access to all was very convenient and we had such great fun riding bikes to and from all. Wonderful stay and experience 😃

Great location!!

We enjoyed our stay at the property especially how conveniently it was located to everything you would want to do in Seaside and a short walk to the other towns. We had a newborn so it was really nice to be able to stop at the house whenever we needed and not have it take a ton of time. The house was clean and parking was easy. There was a couple things management could do better such as more soap/shampoo/conditioner. The house is supposed to hold up to 10 people, but they only provided two sets of small hotel style bottles for everyone. The plugs in the downstairs bathrooms didn’t work and we did run into two cockroaches in the pantry/kitchen. I understand it’s Florida and bugs are everywhere, but I thought I would mention it because of the previous review that had also mentioned roaches.

Spring get away

The location is great we could walk to everything we needed. We had 2 18 to 20 year old college kids with us. The WiFi needs a booster it would not work up stairs or in rear of house. They kids had remote learning and had to come sit in kitchen to do it. The couch and all living room furniture was dated and some of the most uncomfortable we have ever had in a rental. TV were small in every room. The beach access and bathroom codes did not work on our entrance, we had to walk to the center one that was maned to get let in. Even though on the app for 360 it had a place for us to rent golf cart we were told after we tried to our neighborhood does not allow it. There was one parked next door and across the street. Overall nice location but would not recommend it.

Fall Break

Seamless checkin and checkout. Beautiful home and surrounding areas. Loved having the main bedroom on the first floor. This was our first trip to Seaside and we were not let down at all. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Beautiful beaches, parks and trails. Would recommend sprucing up back deck area of the house and replacing living room sofa. However, our stay was great and we would definitely recommend this property to others.

Disappointed

Location is good but The house needs an update and an upgrade. Entrance and backyard deteriorated, not that clean inside and outside. Tons of roaches every where including the kitchen, the bathroom windows did not closed completely.

The Answer is YES

Yes - it is a quintessential Seaside cottage Yes - it is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach Yes - it is less than a block walk to food and shopping Yes - Four bikes included - a definite must for Seaside Note - not really a 4 bedroom house unless you have small children who you want to be sleeping near you (small room off downstairs master with two twin beds). Our teenager opted to sleep on the couch than to be in the same room with us.

October 2019 Stay

We loved this property! We visited with 2 moms and 7 teenage girls! The property was a fabulous location, had plenty of room for all 9 of us, and was so well stocked! We brought and purchased everything we thought we would need, but the property was so well stocked we didn’t end up needing nearly as much as we thought. The only thing missing was dishwasher pods - which we did purchase - but we were surprised there wasn’t one or two provided. Overall a wonderful value! The location, again, was top notch! We would definitely stay again!
