Welcome to our house! Our house is located at the center of Corpus Christi with a great neighborhood. Walking distance to hospitals, shopping centers, gyms, and minutes from parks, beaches, and downtown areas. It’s perfect for families and professionals traveling in pairs!

Owners have an attached unit to the house that is completely private from the house and has its own separate private entrance so that it does not intrude on guest space.

Perfect home away from home

The owners were amazing and responsive, and quick to resolve any issues we had! The gouse itself was very spacious and oerfec tfor the large group of 9 we had! Not a bad drive to the beaches and aquarium. Cant wait to stay here again next trip.

It’s ok but needs help.

The house is spacious and comfortable for a larger family. The owner was friendly and the master bathroom was nice and remodeled. The kitchen needs remodeling and carpet needs replacement. It didn’t look as good as the pictures. The biggest issue was the large number of roaches in the kitchen and dining room. It took enjoyment out of the stay.

Nice clean house!

House was just as described, very clean and had everything we needed while staying there and it was on a 1/4 of a mile from the jobsite. Would stay again!

Great spot for big group

This property was in a great location, within walking distance of Shoreline Boulevard and close to shopping and restaurants. We had a group of family members. There was plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the property. We barbecued and had a corn hole tournament. Plenty of bedroom space as well. Would definitely recommend.

It got the job done

It was large which was nice. Carpets had alot of staining. Could benefit from having professional bug spraying regularly as we found several small roaches in the kitchen. Close proximity to beaches and shopping which was great.

Great place in corpus!

Great place to stay in Corpus! Large enough to fit my whole family, and then some. In a good location, easy to get downtown and to SPID. HEB close-by is always a plus too! The master bath and kitchen were fantastic, while the upstairs was a bit dated and needs some TLC. Overall, great price for the size of the house and I would stay here again.

We have stayed in hotels on all of our vacations. This is the first time using a house. It makes you feel more at home to an area. The house we stayed at was exactly what we needed. It was clean, enough room and off street parking. The owners had games for the kids and plenty of books to read. We were able to cook meals when we wanted, but also ate lots of fresh seafood. It was a bit of a walk, but we walked to Cole Park Pier and played at the park. This was an amazing experience and I definitely would recommend staying here.

Quick trip

The pictures did this place no justice! It was nicer, cleaner and more spacious than expected. We had immediate response from the host and they were extremely friendly and kind. We will back to stay in this hidden gem. Thank you!

Spacious and clean but some issues

The house is very spacious and clean. The host is a great communicator and the property came with some nice extras - lots of towels! Soap for every sink! Laundry detergent, extra TP, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is a little weird that the host lives on site in a garage apartment. There is a nice game room that has books and games with a TV and an huge table with chairs and a ping pong set. Everything worked well but a skilled handyman did not perform the renovations. We were not able to adjust the thermostat. Linens were nice but the master bed is really high and very hard to get into and has a bad dip into the center. Overall very spacious and clean.

Good House

This was a good house for my coworkers to stay in. The location was perfect for the jobsite they were working at. The home owners live in the garage. I felt a little weird about that but overall our stay was fine.

Excellent location for a beach stay

Spacious home with plenty of room. We had 7 stay with plenty of beds, spacious living areas for adults and kids. Wonderful game room for the evening UNO game. The owner responded quickly when needed. 20 miles from the beach. Thank you.

Baseball Vacation

This property was in a great location for all the different sights to go see. House is very roomy for everyone to stretch out. The house is obviously being fixed up, so bathroom in master did not have doors for privacy during a shower. Master bedroom doors wouldn't stay shut or lock. During a rainstorm the bathroom sprung a leak over the windows. They did a good job trying to fix the leaks. Overall it was a good stay!

Good for a quick stay

The house was in decent shape if you stayed for a short time. The accommodations were sub par for the price paid. Suggestion would to fix the issues at hand and disclose all information on the house, including any pet deposits or fees, distracted views from looking out windows, unwanted pests, uncontrollable AC, clean linens and dishes. The beds were firm and comfortable.

Beach Bike Weekend

While the property offered much to appreciate in terms of space and amenities, various issues detracted from our experience. The downstairs main toilet and dishwasher were in disrepair, and the entryway posed a tripping hazard. The icemaker did not produce ice. The patio could benefit from a thorough cleaning. Despite the concerns, we would rate the property 8/10 due to overall pleasing features and location.
