The space
Ensconced in the bustling hub of Berawa, this double-storey three-bedroom modern villa impresses with an opulent living space, an outdoor swimming pool, sweeping tropical garden, a spacious kitchen, three bathrooms, a lavatory, a Koi fishpond and a large indoor garage. The oversized master bedroom comprises one king bed and one queen bed, en-suite with a separate walk-in wardrobe. Showcasing contemporary open-plan living, each area employs marble or hardwood flooring to great effect, complemented by a high ceiling and natural light in abundance. With close walking proximity to the popular Finns Beach Club and Canggu Beach.

Bedrooms

Features three expansive bedrooms dispersed over two floors. Adopting a traditional thatched roofing system, the master bedroom is generous in size with one king bed and one queen bed, and opens out to the garden pool area. The two bedrooms on the top floor share a sizeable terrace overlooking the lush pool garden, perfect for afternoon tea. Each room comes with an intimate wall sofa seating area ideal for lazing around. All bedrooms boast a separate walk-in wardrobe, en-suite, a bath, and AC.

Outdoor Areas

Every living space on the ground floor opens out to the pool garden area. Showcasing two separate sun decks and a mini lounge corner, this idyllic enclosure is surrounded by sprawling tropical foliage of every kind, elevating this sunny yard into one of the most inviting spaces in the villa. An eco-system water garden adjacent to the villa entrance sets a soothing tone, where a school of Koi fish swims under stoney steps and aquatic plants. There is also an outdoor barbeque area located on the outer wall of the garden.

Indoor Areas

The palatial living room exhibits modern luxury at its finest, interconnecting a dining area with the kitchen at the far end of the room. Integrating an open-plan living design, the space lets in ample natural light and fresh air at all times. Elegant furniture are well paired with eye-catching furnishings.
