Relájese en Cinque Terre

El Blackberry Cottage se encuentra en una posición maravillosa en una colina, a unos 450 metros sobre el nivel del mar, con una vista panorámica del Golfo de La Spezia, mirando a través de Lerici.
El amanecer y el amanecer son a menudo el sueño de un fotógrafo!

La propiedad se incorpora en un jardín con terrazas atractivo, completamente encerrado dentro de las paredes de piedra. La situación es aislada sin estar aisladas, ya que hay otras casas fuera de la vista en un nivel inferior a 100 metros más o menos, con un acceso diferente.
La casa está rodeada por un bosque mediterráneo y está conectado a una red de senderos para caminar, por lo que es un lugar perfecto para los amantes del senderismo.
La casa es ideal para aquellos que quieran explorar los alrededores: Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici y Telaro son de fácil acceso en coche. Portofino, Lucca y Pisa están a una hora de distancia.
Pisa aeropuerto internacional, un destino de Ryanair, se encuentra a una hora de la casa.

La casa tiene capacidad para ocho - pero dos de los dormitorios tienen sólidas literas de pino, por lo tanto, ya sea adecuado para un adulto o dos niños en cada habitación. Estas dos habitaciones están en el primer piso, donde también hay un aseo con lavabo. Ambas habitaciones cuentan con maravillosas vistas sobre el Golfo. El dormitorio principal está en la planta baja, al lado del cuarto de baño (que fue completamente modernizado para la temporada 2006). Esta habitación tiene encanto definida y otra habitación con una buena vista. Cuenta con una cama doble. La habitación doble final es en la planta baja, con acceso directo al jardín a través de una ventana francesa.

La última sala de la casa incorpora, cocina, comedor y una pequeña zona de estar junto a una chimenea. Como se ha mencionado, en verano (casi) todas las comidas se sirven en el patio, por lo que la falta de una sala de estar adecuada no es inconveniente, excepto cuando llueve. La cocina ha sido ascendido dentro de los últimos tres años

Amazing view

- Perfect location to visit the Cinque Terre. Just need to park the car at La Spezia train station - clean accomodation - easy communication with Alberto - isolated property on a mountain. Perfect to relax and enjoy the view Thank you Alberto. We had a great stay.

Cottage with wonderfull view

The cottage is very well located above La Spezia and offers a splendid view of the bay. The garden in terrasse has plenty of small places where you can enjoy your lunch or an aperitivo. The house is authentic and comfortable. The perfect place to discover this beautifull part of Italy.

our stay in Backberry Cottage

we(Family with 7 adults) had a great week in the blackbery cottage in the last week of 2022. The house is at a great spot overviewing the harbour and we loved the character. Even in December hiking at the sea was very enjoyable! Alberto was a great host and all organisation and information given was perfect in time and un complicated! Thank you for a great weak, all members really enjoyed it!

Fairytale cottage

The modern tiny houses can really take an example of this traditional cottage! Everything possible necessary during your stay is available. Although no airconditioning it stays nice cool inside. You can see that the owner really loves this cottage. It felt like an honour to stay here. The area is very nice but at this time of the year a bit too touristic. Parking your car is a challenge; the trains are very crowded.

Super cadre de verdure pour cette location au calme. Heureusement que nous avons eu beau temps car aurait peut-être été juste si nous avions dû manger les 8 en intérieur.Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire qui a été très disponible et réactif.

excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Villa des mûres. La vue depuis le jardin est splendide et la terrasse très agréable. Le petit cottage est charmant, parfait pour six personnes. Alberto, le propriétaire, nous a très gentiment accueilli. Nous avons ainsi pu visiter les Cinque Terre, en train, depuis La Spezia. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances.

Beautiful location and responsive owner

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful location with beautiful views. The home is well appointed and perfectly suited our group of 4 adults and 2 children for our visit in the area. We were able to visit the Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Pisa and Lucca during our stay. We happened to be in Italy during the European heatwave and after the first night I emailed the owner to ask if there were fans in the home. He was able to tell me exactly where to find them very quickly. The outside shower was a great way to help beat the heat on the hot afternoons after our days of sightseeing as well. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Great Cottage with Easy Access to Cinque Terre

This cottage is in a private location above La Spezia and very close to Cinque Terre and is only a 10 minute drive down to La Spezia for dinner and shopping. The house has a spectacular ocean view and is surrounded by a beautiful garden and forest. Highly Recommend!

Unkomplizierte abwicklung aber etwas eng für 8 personen

Das haus hat eine sehr ruhige lage und ist gut gepflegt.die aussicht auf den hafen ist hervorragend. Die schlafmöglichkeien sind gut jedoch wirds mit 8 personen sehr eng da es nur eine küche gibt in der man sitzen kann wenn es mal schlehtes wetter hat, denn es gibt keinen raum der als wohnbereich genutzt werden könnte. in summe aber ein sehr schönes domiziel wenn man die ausenanlage bei gutem wetter voll nutzen kann. der frühstücksplatz ist einmalig.

Maison avec un très joli jardin et une vue merveilleuse

Ce cottage perché est idéalement situé pour des randonnées dans les "cinque terre" et la découverte de cette superbe région. Le jardin en terrasse est splendide et très bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuners et les dînes sur la terrasse qui offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe des poètes, . La maison a vraiment une âme.

Mountain nest

Outside. Beatiful situated in the hills with view over Golfo die Poeti. Beatifull garden with small corners to rest og to take sun. The house itself looks very nice at traditional for the region. Inside. Nice, clean and cosy. Divided in small rooms was what we needed. Easy access to the owner.

Schöner Ausblick, abenteuerliche Zufahrt

Das Haus besticht durch seine Lage hoch auf dem Berg mit schöner Aussicht auf den Hafen von La Spezia. Der Garten mit seinen Terrassen ist liebevoll und gepflegt, jedoch haben wir (2 befreundete Paare um die 50) bezüglich der Inneneinrichtung ein wenig den Komfort vermisst, den man für den nicht gerade geringen Wochenpreis in der Nebensaison erwarten könnte. Die Wohnküche ist sehr klein und die Spülbecken in die Jahre gekommen. Das Doppelbett im unteren Schlafzimmer ( 2 aneinandergeschobene Einzelbetten) hat zwar bequeme Matratzen, aber einen hohen Holzrahmen, ist also nichts für große Leute! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen (es gibt nur einen Nachbarn), aber es sollte erwähnt werden, daß es hoch oben auf dem Berg liegt und die private Zufahrtsstrasse eigentlich nur mit Geländewagen (wir reisten mit einem Jeep) aber keinesfalls mit einem schicken Sportwagen befahren werden sollte, da dort tiefe Schlaglöcher sind!

Our wonderful stay at Blackberry Cottage

Stay in Blackberry Cottage was great! We were especially impressed with the beautiful garden with fresh herbs. The seaview was also amazing. The cottage is well equipped and gives a great possibility to explore Liguria. We especially enjoyed the Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. We highly recommend the Blackberry Cottage to everybody.

Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage mit atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von La Sezia

Wir haben den Urlaub (drei Erwachsene, drei Kinder) in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Garten mit zahlreichen Terrassen und atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von La Spezia. Nach einem ggf. anstrengenden Besichtigungsprogramm in der einmalig schönen Umgebung (Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, Portofino, Lucca etc.) freut man sich darauf in das wunderschön gelegene und einmalig ruhige Ferienhaus zurückzukehren und dort den Nachmittag im Garten mit Blick auf das Meer ausklingen zu lassen. Bei Regen (den wir glücklicherweise nicht hatten) wäre die Wohnküche des Ferienhauses mit 6 Personen wohl etwas überbelegt. Fazit: Einmalige Lage, wunderschöner Garten, atemberaubender Blick auf La Spezia und das Meer, bei Regenwetter ist die Wohnküche für sechs Personen wohl etwas eng. Bei trockenem Wetter und angenehmen Temperaturen 5 Sterne (*****) Bei Regenwetter und / oder kühlen Temperaturen 4 Sterne (****) wegen der für sechs Personen klein geschnittenen Wohnküche

Truly wonderful

We had a truly wonderful week in the cottage. And the hosts added one of the major parts to this. The atmosphere of the place is fantastic and hosts' attitude towards the guests makes the surroundings even better. The one major disappointment was that we didn't have enough time to sunbathe on all of the beautiful terraces. We really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks!

Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved our stay at the blackberry cottage, it is fully equipped,very clean and has a very nice charm to it. Mostly we enjoyed the beautifully green well-kepped garden, full with flowers, and a view over the sea and harbour. Which made cooking at home a wonderful experience. It is a very peaceful place, from where there is a lots to discouver nearby. We loved the small fishing villages and beaches nearby. We can recommend to stay here with family, or friends, or just like the 2 of us, relaxing a bit before our wedding a few days later.

April Showers...

While the weather was not quite as nice as we would have liked, Blackberry Cottage was just as it was described. The view is beautiful and the cottage quaint. Please note that it is a cottage, which meant that we spent a lot of time outdoors or sitting around the dining room table. As advertised, make sure that you have a car to get to the train station or grocery store. Also, the lower trails of Cinque Terre were closed and have been since 2012. I would advise making sure that they have reopened if this is where you interest lies. We still had a wonderful time and I would stay here again.

Great garden and views - good cooking facilities

> We (two couples) ate at nearby restaurants for lunch and cooked for dinner. > Even the nearby restaurant (Il Paradiso del Golfo ) up the road, with a view and > great seafood, was a hit. We ate there 3 times. Try their deep fried red fish and eat it whole. > The cottage served us well. In the spring the flowers were in full bloom but > the weather was a bit to chilly for our Hawaii friends to sit outside to eat > on the glass table under the vines. Still they enjoyed the experience. The > washing machine was a necessary thing for the 4 of us since we all traveled > with few changes of clothes and just carryon luggage. > > My wife and I did the red (high) trail from Manarola to Corniglia. You > decend on Corniglia and get a better view of it. We took the bus from > Manarola to the upper trail head and that eliminated the climb up to the > trail head. As of this writing (6/2012) the low, coastal trail was blocked > by rockslides. They hope to clear everything by summer. We still walked to > Vernazza from the parking lot to support the local restaurants and > businesses. Genoa was surprisingly interesting with its stately mansions. Long drive though. Portovenere has more of a history than Cinque Terre and it is right up the road from the property.

Great place to start our vacation. We were able to travel to all the places we wanted to see. We BBQ'ed twice and enjoyed the views at night.

What a great view and ambiance

We took our 3 sons (13, 12 and 10) and really loved that each got their own room. The view was fantastic they each commented on how they could watch the moon from their room. The home was fully equipped and very clean. After a full day of touring, we really appreciated how quiet it was at the villa and how centrally located it was to 5 Terre and Pisa and other cities. The garden was beautiful and sitting on the patio having breakfast and dinner was great. I would recomend this property to a friend or relative. The listing and photos reflect the property and amenities.
