Estate on Market located within walking distance to all of Berlin’s shops and dining areas. After a long day of shopping, you can enjoy a very clean and welcoming space large enough to host 10 people.

Prior to your arrival you will be given a code to the keyless entry. If you would like to meet me and chat about local restaurants and destinations. I would love to give you some ideas.

For your safety we have security cameras located at the front door and at the garage door.

Anna was great with communication, and checking in was completely seamless—no hangups at all getting to or into the property. We were greeted with a card, cookies, and cheese, which was a much-appreciated touch. The house itself was extremely clean, solidly built, and clearly well taken care of by the owners.We had eight people across three families, and the layout gave us plenty of space. This was not only a more economical choice than booking three separate hotel rooms, but clearly the better choice in terms of what we actually got for our money. The location is excellent too—just a very short walk right into town.My wife had to get some work done during the trip, so the first-floor bedroom with the attached bathroom and office was perfect. It kept her in a quiet part of the house away from the main group so she could focus.For me, the highlight was the long front porch. Even when it rained, it was a great spot to sit outside, listen to some music, and have fun chats. The lights around the porch added a great ambiance for enjoying the quiet of the night.Overall, this property was the perfect setup for our group and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend staying here.

This is an absolutely lovely home! It fit seven of us perfectly, with room to spare! The amenities were first class, and plentiful. The location is excellent, easy walking to the activities and restaurants in downtown Berlin. Our host was amazing, so personable and easy to work with. We were all so happy for the chance to stay here. Will come back!
