Russ, I am sorry you had that experience. If you just would have reached out, I could have explained to you that the alarm you were hearing was not a CO2 alarm, but rather an alarm pertaining to the water level of the boat. It can be disarmed, and I would have told you how to do that. But if I do not know it's happening, I can't help you fix it. I have my phone number on this site as well as on a paper posted on the fridge in the kitchen. Oven- the pilot light may have gone out, which happens often in these houseboats. It's very easy to re-light, and I could have told you how to do that if you had told me. Hose-there is a hose on the deck that is there to wash your boat. Ice machine- it's a commerical ice machine, but it's not going to generate enough ice if it gets emptied every day. I'm not sure of any ice maker that can do that. I apologize that it couldn't keep up. Hot water- the water is heated using propane tanks. If the water didn't get hot, it was likely because a switch had to be flipped to switch the propane tanks. I wish you would have reached out, and I would have told you that. The houseboat, like all of them, does not have central a/c/heating, so propane is the only way to go. I appreciate your feedback, and sincerely wish you would have reached out, as all the things you pointed out (minus the ice machine, which isn't equipped to load up 2 boats every day), were simple easy solutions. I could have even had my business partner, a captain down there, come take care of them for you. But if I don't hear from you, I have no idea they are going on.
