Located in resort like setting with private garden and patio. 12-30 min to SFO/SF,UCSF/Stanford. SAFE gorgeous neighborhood. Entertainment room, large tv, wifi, remote work desk/area, washer/dryer and full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (K, 3T). No smoking. Private parking. Up to 5 guests.
The Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker and everything you would need to make yourself a meal.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom as well as an ironing board and iron. There is a large towel closet with plenty of soft cushy towels. The family room has a beautiful gigantic U shaped sectional sofa. Perfect for naps. Large Screen TV with cable and Surround Sound. Foosball table.
You have access to the entire apartment and privacy. First Floor Unit. There is an upstairs Unit on the Second Level. There is a Private side fenced in yard, private outdoor patio and walkway, and 2 car parking in driveway.
*Price includes semimonthly housekeeping services(if requested) and weekly gardening services.
*Will not rent to any group of more than 5 people(inclusive of children). Nonsmoking property.
*One family pet considered. Guests responsible for daily yard clean up after pet.
