We are offering these resorts to potential guests. This is a new listing: You will receive a reservation confirmation from the resort.

We have stayed here before but booked through Mariott. The place is great and we love it. My issue is we were made to move mid-stay because the owner didnt have the room we reserved for the entire time we were there - this was not disclosed to us. We had to spend nearly all day packing up our room, waiting for the next room to be available and then unpacking. the next day on our departure we had to again pack before leaving. We lost an entire day of our trip.

It’s a resort vacation timeshare

Very nice condo, fully equipped, even with laundry. This is not a quiet residential place, it’s a massive Tuscany themed full on resort full of family vacationers (Easter week). We were disturbed by feet thudding above us. Not much in the way of eating - you have to go out to restaurants in the area, of which there are many. My questions were never answered by the owner. in 4/25 there is some major construction going on.

Love the villas!

This is our 3rd time staying at the Villa, first time through VRBO. We love this resort. The only down side is that the Marriott said we had to check out at 10 when VRBO listing said 11. I asked for a late check out - they would not let us, I asked for 11 check out as listed. they would not. They did offer to hold our bags and grant access to the property. We will stay here again.
