Renters should be aware that this is a studio condo/apartment. There is no door separating the bedroom from the living area. The place was fairly clean, although not spotless (there were ants and some cobwebs, but not a huge deal). It is extremely close to Siesta Key and served us well for what we needed. We were comfortable and close to a lot of things.

Thank you very much for your feedback — it is always very important to us. I apologize about the cobwebs and will make sure to mention this to the cleaning team. The unit is a one-bedroom with a living room, however there is no door between the two spaces. This is visible in the photos, but I understand that it may feel unusual for some guests. I’m glad to hear that overall you were comfortable and that the location close to Siesta Key worked well for your stay.

Convenient location and good value

Cute and cozy. Great morning sunshine on private patio. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. Host was great with communication.

had a couple of problems with the property when arriving but property mgr and owner promptly corrected them. Could not have asked for a better response from them.

The property was clean and reasonably well furnished - a nice beach feel. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels were excellent. It is a quick and easy drive to Siesta Key Beach. The pool was very nice. We were surprised there was no door from the bedroom to the living room which created a challenge for an early riser and late sleeper. The tub and sink drained poorly which we pointed out when we left and the property manager said they would work on. A nice convenient place but small for a 2 week stay.

Close to Siesta Key

Liked that there was a washer/dryer and that we were allowed to book 1 night. Place needs some touch-ups. Had to kill a few spiders. Lizards are all over the back patio. Did also see a small bunny on the back patio which was cute. My teen said the pull out couch was not comfortable. Overall it was sufficent for our 1 night.

Okay stay.

The inside picture was accurate. Entrance door frame needs repairing. Bottom faucet in the shower needs repairing, it was coming off the wall. Some of the bed linens had a strong odor. Back area had slight sewer odor, and unable to use because of mosquitoes. Overall inside was okay.

Small place easy access to Siesta key

It was much smaller than we expected. The clothes dryer was not working properly and made a lot of noise. Complex still doing repairs from hurricane damage. Exercise room was locked. Pool was nice but too cold to swim in. No screen for the sliding glass door. Foam mattress too soft and caused back problems. Too many people don’t pick up their dog poop.

Not brand new

Overall an OK stay. Not a new condo, the couch was old and sagging and the pull out part of the couch was broken and the mattress was not suitable for sleeping. We called the property manager (was great!) who screwed it into the frame of the couch for a second time. You could see the previous screws.Bathroom sink was very slow draining.Mattress in the bedroom was pilling and there was not a mattress cover. The sheets did not stay on the bed and the duvet was (white) was discolored.Love the back yard!Overall would make a nice 1st appt not a getaway for vacation. Needs a little TLC

I often go for a morning walk to Siesta and I am always grateful to live in this beautiful city.
I studied hospitality and I love (almost) every part of it! I work with wonderful people, cleaners who love cleanliness, handymen who come as soon as I call them if something needs to be fixed.
