This bright and airy apartment is in the perfect location! Only steps away from outdoor tennis courts and public parks, and walking distance from Stampede Park! You'll be just a few blocks from downtown, in the Beltline neighbourhood of Calgary's Design District.

There is a dining table with space for 4, plus additional seating at the kitchen island bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. And that's not all! There's also in suite laundry machines, free to use for our guests. You'll find a powder room bathroom beside these.



Just down the hallway behind the kitchen you'll find a King sized bedroom. This bedroom has a smart TV, and the whole condo is connected to high speed internet service. Outside of this bedroom is the main bathroom which features a shower/tub combo.



The other bedroom is next to the living room, and is separated by a sliding glass door. This King sized bedroom features a private balcony patio, a dedicated laptop-friendly work-station and floor to ceiling windows.

• The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and an elevator to take you to your floor.

• Please note that keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM.

• There is dedicated parking in the secure, underground parking garage for one vehicle at a cost of $20.00/night. Please inquire prior to arrival about a parking pass. There's also paid street parking nearby.
