Guests must park in designated guest parking areas or obtain a permit to avoid any towing fees.

✔ Trash Instructions: Please make sure all trash is placed in the appropriate receptacle in the kitchen. This includes any trash in the bathroom or living areas. Excessive trash left inside or outside the unit can incur additional fees of up to $60.

✔ No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including hookah, is strictly prohibited on the property. A $125 fee will be charged if smoking occurs.

✔ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 4 people.

✔ Mail/Package Delivery: Direct deliveries to the property are discouraged. Use the local Amazon Hub Stations, PO Boxes or UPS Mailboxes for mail needs.

✔ Food Delivery: Food deliveries are welcome.

Guess you have to take the good with the bad! I give it 3 stars.

We stayed here for our 7th wedding anniversary, and we saw it had a furnished patio, but when we got there, there, there were no chairs on the patio so we couldn't enjoy outside. Owner told us he would bring some by but he never did and when I called him on the second day of our four day stay, he said he wasn't going to. No hair dryer either and it took 2 days to finally get one. No coffee table for the couch, which made the living room not very relaxing. Glad I brought a cooler, which we used as a coffee table. Owner makes you leave the key fob for the room on the kitchen counter when you leave but you need the key fob to go down the elevator, so we had to go down five flights of stairs to get to the parking deck when we left. There is no courtesy cart to haul your stuff up to the room or back to your car and permanent residents get close proximity parking but VRBO guests have to park outside of the secure area in the garage. Owner did work out a way for us to park near the elevator to unload our stuff but that offer was not there for us when we left so we had to carry everything all the way through the parking garage to our car. Other than the above, the apartment was very nice and clean, and is in a great location for walking to bars and restaurants. The apartment complex has some very nice amenities like the pools and game areas, and the view from the rooftop pool area at night was very nice.
