Please refrain from smoking inside of the apartment or common areas! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee due to payment for the odor removal.

*NO PETS*
Although we love our furry bundles of love, our apartment is not a suitable place for them. Any evidence of pets will result in a extra cleaning fee.

*NO PARTIES*
We ask that you kindly respect our home and treat it in a way to maintain its pristine condition for future guests.

Great Stay-Great Host

Great property. The location is steps away from many amazing restraunts and bars. The host was outstanding. Communication was spot on. We would definitely stay again.

This property was great. Very clean, great location, great communication from the property manager. Lots of steps and the designated parking space is very small, but we were able to park in the lot most of the time too because it was a weekend. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you!

The property was just as pictured. It was very clean. The hosts provide little touches throughout that put the finishing touch on the stay.Great location for walking around.The host communicated what needed to be communicated. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location. Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was wonderful. We enjoyed the nice kitchen setup and entertainment setup. Staying for a month was very comfortable and convenient. Lots of extra special little touches that made our stay welcoming. I had an issue with my device trying to get back to the entry instructions and the owner was super helpful getting me sorted out.

The apartment was beautiful. Had a nice layout. Very relaxing and comfortable. Only downfall if any is that there's 38 stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Be disabled made it a bit of a hard time too walk up and down the stairs. And it's not really marked for where you are staying, so it made it a little hard to find. There's no address on the building. So I contacted Jeff and he told me where it was. Plus make note that there's only one parking space allotted for the apartment. Definitely enjoyed the stay !!!

Perfect Location

We had a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. This was the perfect place to stay. We could come back during games to shower, rest and eat. Very clean and all amenities we needed.

Beautiful place near downtown Hamilton

The building has a lot of character, and has been well taken care of. The unit I stayed in was beautiful and convenient to walk to every place I needed to go while I stayed there. Some of the locks were a bit of a pain, but only had to retry once or twice to get them to open. Overall I was extremely pleased with my stay.

Comforts of home

Great place to stay. Jeff was quick to respond and helpful when we left our key for the front door. The place was stocked with coffee, creamer, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent as well as personal care supplies. The location was great and within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. We enjoyed staying here.

Great tournament weekend stay!

We stayed at the property for a tournament at Spooky Nook. It was a 2-3 minute drive from the apartment to the Spooky Nook parking lot. The apartment was exactly as described. Nice, clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable and it was nice to have so many things in walking distance. You do have to walk up to the third floor, so keep that in mind. Parking was close nearby but we were able to pull up to unload and load right by the entrance. You do get some road noise from the street in the master bedroom but it wouldn’t stop me from returning. Highly recommend Billy Yanks downstairs for food and drink! We hope to stay again next time we are in town.

Short getaway

A home away from home literally in this sweet little nook that’s far from spooky. Quaint, beautiful area, kind people. Home was lovely. Absolutely perfect for our family’s needs. We didn’t want to come back. Thank you Hamilton!

I needed a place to stay for a couple days while I helped my Junior daughter move into her apartment before the start of her school year on Miami campus. This place was about 20 minutes from campus; and conveniently located. The apartment was clean and welcoming! The owner was timely and responsive to all communication. I would stay here again! One consideration for those who book: to access the apartment you have to be able to walk up and carry luggage up a long flight of stairs. And a recommendation for the owner: add room darkening shades to the master bedroom, as the lights from the street come through bright at night with the the blinds closed.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. Slight hiccup with the door code at checkin but Jeff was quick to fix it!! It is decorated perfectly and we had everything we needed.

Drop Off at Miami U

We loved our short stay. Perfect location. Walkable coffee and dinner sites. Close to Miami U. Very comfortable and cozy. Had everything we needed and will definitely stay again.
