We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a convention and my husband needed to be at the Crown Coliseum early each day so although we only live an hour away we decided to stay in Fayetteville. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. My elderly parents were with us and enjoyed the large primary bedroom. The pool was relaxing after a long day and my parents enjoyed watching Columbo on the outdoor television. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The kids practically lived in the pool. It was definitely the highlight of their stay. Alex was an exceptional host, always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We have stayed at this fabulous property many times and it never fails to be an absolutely amazing experience. Great place to stay at Fayetteville

I recently rented Alex's property in Fayetteville, NC for a trip to visit friends in the area, and it was a fantastic experience! The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for me, my wife, and my in-laws. The area was incredibly quiet, yet conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the town center. The host, Alex, was very professional, providing all the information we needed and responding quickly to all our messages. We even took advantage of the office space Alex created to work remotely, which was a great bonus. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Fayetteville and I will definitely return again.

Stay-cation worthy

We loved this property! We came down to visit the family with every intention of running around being tourist, but the hoise was so nice and relaxing that we just stayed in. The pool is fantastic. The grill was a nice touch for BBQ. It was too hot for a fire but the firepit was all set up and waiting.

Summer adventure with my grandsons!

Alex was kind enough to share his beautiful home with my three 11-year-old grandsons and me. The private pool was a big draw for the boys. (They loved the pool toys...named the blow up alligator Timothy, lol!) In between fishing on the Cape Fear River, visiting the Airborne & Special Ops Museum, and going to a Woodpeckers baseball game, we all loved coming back to "our" house. The neighborhood was peaceful and provided easy access to all our destinations. The photos are accurate and the house is well-appointed. A great place to stay if you visit Fayetteville!

Absolute gem!

We are repeat visitors to this beautiful property and we couldn't be happier. Alex and his wife are incredibly gracious hosts and their property is an absolute gem. It has everything you need to have a terrific stay. There is a even a fabulous pool in the back garden and off street parking. I'm looking forward to trying out the pool when the weather gets a bit warmer. The property is in a quiet development which offers a wonderful place to relax and with Fayetteville not too far you'll have lots of activities to choose from should you wish to explore. Great property

Alex was great! Smooth process. The property was clean and comfortable. We were a family of 6 adults and the place fit everyone comfortably. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying th the backyard but it looked great. We found a few restaurants and a shopping center all within a15 minutes I would stay here again

Weekend stay to see Family

From the moment we walked in the door the home was very inviting and felt like home. Great neighborhood and the fire pit in the back yard reminded us of home in Pennsylvania. Highly recommended!! Communication with host was excellent!! Definitely glad we booked this place!!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Alex’s beautiful property. It’s very conveniently located offering a great stopping point for those passing through. The property was pwrfect. Quiet and located xlose to airport, shopping, food, and the base. Loved all the decor ans ambiance. Owner were very responsive. Loved it. Would highly recommend.
