Stay in charming Kapa'a, a central spot in Kauai. This modern 2 BR/1 BA condo is a few steps away from the oceanside, shops, & restaurants!
Excellent value. Includes a fully stocked kitchen, parking, W/D, A/C unit (living room). Living room + view of the pool. Wifi, TV, private lanai, rec room + BBQ.
Near the Kapa'a ocean bike path & Waipouli beach. ** NOTE ** There is currently beachfront construction, but there's beach access just a minute away!
NEW! Split A/C unit to stay cool. It's a single unit located in the living room.
BEACH ACCESS: This is not an ocean view, but it is steps away from Waipouli Beach (200 yards). Our beachfront is currently being reconstructed due to erosion.
BEACH STUFF! We provide beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella & towels.
DISTANCE TO GROCERY STORES, POST OFFICE, COFFEE & SHOPS: 2 minutes away. You can walk right across the street!
DISTANCE TO NORTH/SOUTH SHORE: It depends on traffic. It can take anywhere from 35-60 minutes depending on where you go to either shore. It's best to use an app to estimate your ETA and head out early if you're heading south.
ACTIVITY: This is a very active area. It is a convenient location to access restaurants and shops. It is busy during the day.
NOISE LEVEL: The unit itself is fairly quiet for being in a central location. However, if you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs. Be aware there are roosters all over the island.
PLACES TO SEE: Waimea canyon, Poipu beach, Ke'e beach, Hanalei Bay, Na Pali coast, Kalalau Trail, Anini, Koke'e, Kilauea. You also receive a comprehensive guidebook upon your stay.
TAXES: All reservation stays are subject to Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) 10.25% Kaua’i Transient Accommodation Tax (KTAT) 3% and General Excise Tax (GET) Tax 4.712%. Please be aware that these charges will be added automatically to your reservation when you book your stay.
