The location is perfect, condo was beautiful, and grounds had lots to do. Minutes from family friendly activities, and great restaurants.

Very pleasant stay

All around great vacation. Accomodations were wonderful. Rooms were clean and spacious and the ocean view was spectacular. Hope to revisit in the future.

The property was exactly as pictured—comfortable, roomy and provided every amenity needed for an excellent beach experience.With three bedrooms and three baths, no one was stepping over anyone and we all loved the comfort of each bedroom. From twin to queen to king, each bed provided a great night’s sleep. TV in each room also if that if important to you…Kitchen was well equipped and open to the living and dining area. Seating was comfortable and living area spacious.Now to the best—the views. Having a wrap around deck we enjoyed the sunrise and the sunsets, the beach and the bay. You won’t go wrong choosing this unit. The building is well maintained, the pool area is nice and the walkway to the Gulf is hot! Wear your flip flops!My only suggestion to the owners is please label and leave instructions for the multiple remotes. We nearly missed kickoff!Fabulous unit and we loved the experience of being there.

Great place!

This condo was the perfect size for my family! It was clean and open and spacious! The host and property were attentive and easy to deal with! Will definitely stay here again in the future

Family Trip

We have stayed at Sea Spray multiple times and it’s always great. A bit less crowded being apart from many of the high rise condo buildings. This is a corner unit and the views are great.

Everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

This rental came with everything we needed and Amazing view! My family enjoyed every second we were here and it was exactly what we were looking for! I cannot say enough about this unit! I would book this unit again in a heart beat!

Not family friendly

This condo was nice and clean and easy to find, however I would NOT recommend with children. The pool is not heated and the hot tub is for 18 plus only.

Hi Chelsey, I am so sorry that your children didn't enjoy their stay with us. SeaSpray takes pride in being a family oriented vacation spot, and we have many families who come back year after year. We follow Health Department recommendations for the hot tub, and while we do not have heated pools, children love the zero entry pool located at the West Building pool deck. I do hope that your family enjoyed the property, the sugar white sand private beach, and that condo #506 met your families needs. Thank you for spending your vacation with us!

5 Star Property

This was a great property! All rooms seem to be recently upgraded and modern. Loved the desk that looked over the ocean that also had a monitor that was provided for those who work from home. The wrap around porch was also away from the sun. The property does have some construction going on the facility but did not affect us all.

Excellent, except..

Lovely home. Plenty of seating in family and dining room. Comfortable beds. Great views. Appreciated the beach chairs available for our use. Only complaint was the refrigerator didn't keep things very cold or frozen. And all of the drawers were broken, with a few still usable. It should be replaced. But, I'm not sorry we booked this property. It was our best beach vacation yet!
