Recently upgraded upstairs condo. New appliances, hot and cold water. Airconditioned with overhead fans. Nice corner upstairs unit. Sit on the patio and enjoy the sunsets or cool of the dawn.
One queen size bed and a fold out couch that can sleep 2 people.
3 swimming pools onsite and beaches and shops nearby.
8 minute walk to Ocotal beach with a great restaurant.
The address is Sweet Dreams 18, ocotal, Gunacaste, Costa Rica. It can be identified on any map app.
Whenever possible check in and checkout times can be altered by mutual agreement.
Note. Property is not suitable for families. Only for 2 Adults Max.

Great stay

The property has a wonderful community feeling with the other units. Lots of options with the three clean pools (one is shallow for kids). Good location for visiting multiple beaches in the area. Security around the parking areas and patrolling the grounds. Overall a great stay

I can’t wait to come back to Sweet Dreams Ocotal!

I got very lucky with the location and overall experience at Sweet Dreams Ocotal. The location is perfect if you want a quiet beach day or a More lively crowd with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. The property was perfect for my 8 night stay where I worked for 3 of those days. WiFi worked great. My neighbors were so nice and the check in process was easy. I had no problem locating the property. I would definitely stay there again!! Thanks David!

Not a beautiful sweet dream

Where to start, To get the directions to the place I was staying I used the VRBO app. The name in the app is beautiful sweet dreams, that is NOT the name of the condos and the directions on the app for this place were incorrect. The first trip took me to Sardinal which is close however NOT close enough. I stop in a grocery store and was able to speak with a security guard how spoke English. He looked at the app and the found another choice for directions further down the app. That trip took me to Liberia which was 56 mins in the opposite direction of the condo. Then I went into a taco bell where one of the employees was kind enough to try and help. He could not find the correct address either. He called the agent 3 times no answer. So I ended up at a hotel where the clerk spoke very gd english. She looked up Beautiful sweet dreams which did NOT come up. She mentioned a place called little dreams and sweet dreams. She called the agent no answer, the pictures showed that the place was called sweet dreams. The owner David called me and tried to help me with directions & I explained my ordeal & that I finally had the right directions. I finally arrived at the condo at 5:30. Once I finally got there I was looking forward to taking a shower, to my surprise there was NO hot water in the shower I had to take 5 cool showers. I had reached out to the agent by email asking about the water issue no reply. I asked the owner David to refund me 100 for my trouble & NO was the answer I got.

Great location

For our first trip to Costa Rica would could not have asked for a better spot? It was a perfect spot for my husband and I. The condo was perfet size for the 2 of us, the grounds and pools are well maintained by the onsite staff. Close to both Ochatol and Coco beaches. Even discovered a private beach right near condo, Gringo beach. Elizabeth the property manager was excellent with all instructions and guidance for tour info. Would definitely stay again.

Environnement tranquille

Super de belle place ,n'étant pas dans la saison forte c'était tranquille,(16avril au 2 mai)studio petit mais correct pour 2 personnes,faudrait mettre un peu plus de chaudrons il en avait juste un,l air climatisé fonctionnait très bien nous la mettions seulement pour dormir,j'ai aimer que l'électricité soit inclu pas de tracas ,la plage ocotal est à15 minutes à pieds faut être en forme un peu, les couchés de soleil sont magnifique à la plage 2 belles piscines très propre et la végétation très bien entretenue,surveillance 24/24 ils sont très gentils nous avions loués un golfcart pour la deuxième semaine pour se déplacer dans coco et payer 200.00$pour la semaine (basse saison)que vous soyez là pour quelques jours ou comme nous 2 semaines n'hésitez pas vous ne le regretterez pas

19 days gateway and loved the location only 15 mins walk to the beach. Very private beach if you get up at 5:30 am 😉 the property area is well maintained and 24 seven security attendance : thanks to Geovanni , Silvio and Anthony for their effort for the safety of the people. I do recommend this property.

Stay at Sweet Dream

Great property with great amenities and perfect location. Near the beach and the town of Coco. Clean and very friendly staff. Steve, the host was amazing!!! I highly recommend this place.
