Villa Mediterraneo, encaramada en un alto acantilado cerca de la histórica ciudad de Fuscaldo, en Calabria, es una lujosa villa de 7 dormitorios y 6 baños con una impresionante vista al mar, una piscina privada y un jardín de 2.000 m² a la sombra de olivos maduros.

La villa está construida en 3 plantas con una superficie total de más de 400 m².

En la planta baja, cuenta con una cocina de estilo italiano moderno, una hermosa chimenea, una amplia sala de estar con vista al jardín, 4 habitaciones (para un total de 2 camas tamaño queen y 4 camas individuales) y 3 baños.

En el primer piso, la villa cuenta con 3 habitaciones (para un total de 1 cama king size y 3 camas individuales) y 2 baños (uno en suite), está amueblada con una combinación de cocina / sala de estar de estilo contemporáneo y ofrece una vista espectacular de la mar.

El segundo piso, con una superficie de aproximadamente 80 m², ofrece una gran sala de estar (con 2 sofás-cama) y un baño.

Villa Mediterraneo está decorada con elegantes muebles de estilo italiano, cuenta con aire acondicionado y ofrece lo último en conectividad e instalaciones de entretenimiento (WIFI gratuito, 2 televisores de pantalla plana con acceso a las principales redes internacionales de TV y una sala de juegos para niños con un proyector de TV). una consola de juegos y un juego de tenis de mesa). La gran mesa en la sala de estar de la planta baja también se puede convertir en un 1. 5x3. 0m billar invirtiendo la cubierta.

El magnífico jardín de 2.000 metros cuadrados, a la sombra de los olivos centenarios, cuenta con una piscina de 6 mx12 m con sistema de jacuzzi, una gran superficie de madera y un sorprendente juego de muebles de exterior (mesa, sofás, sofás de bronceado). Para los amantes de la barbacoa y la pizza, el jardín también está equipado con un gran horno de estilo italiano al aire libre.

A fantastic holiday in a fantastic villa.

The villa was fantastic and the gardens and the pool were perfect. As a large family visiting the area the villa catered for all ages. The pool and football table and ping pong were used a great deal. The communication with the agency overseeing our stay was great and all questions were answered. We would definitely return.

Villa Med: Riesig viel Platz und Traumblick

Villa med hat unsere Erwartungen und Wünsche perfekt erfüllt. Sie bietet innen und außen viel Platz und liegt erhöht über dem Meer, das aber dennoch zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe, ebenso wie typisch kalabriesche Städtchen mit guter Infrastrukur aber wenig Tourismus (jedenfalls in der Nachsaison).

Fabulous

We had a very pleasant stay in this very nice Villa Mediteraneo. Our communication with our hosts, Marco and Palolo, was good, Paolo was very synpathic, available and answered always quickly to our demands. We were several genarations in this house for a family meeting and everyone could have is own private place. The garden is top, green with many flowers, some old olivetrees and with a splendid sea wiew : 180 degres. We had, every evening, a fabulous sunset. Incredible. The "must" is the overflowing simmingpool ! Always selfleaned. We would definitely want to come back.

Amazing view and pool

We enjoyed our stay very much. In the beginning of our trip we noticed no pizza shuffle and not enough glasses. One question and the manager arranged to get it next day. There were some problems with city water. They switched the house on a well of 400m deep. No water problems anymore. Conclusion: great service and great house

Very nice stay / High level Villa mediteraneo

We had a very pleasant stay in this very nice Villa Mediteraneo. Our communication with our hosts, Marco and Palolo, was good, Paolo was very synpathic, available and answered always quickly to our demands. Amazing villa, great vacation

We were with a group of 12 and we had an amazing time at the villa. The location is perfect, overlooking the ocean from a hill, and with a nearby supermarket. Villa manager is also very kind and responsive. We definitively recommend

Great villa and fantastic holiday

We had an amazing time at the villa. We were a group of 10 people with kids, adults and more senior people and we all enjoyed. Great fun with the pool and the games, and the local villages are extremely nice , with great food. Also very good value for money, we highly recommend .

Amazing villa with great facilities

Amazing villa with great facilities and fantastic view on the sea. The pool is very clean and spacious. A supermarket nearby is very convenient . The rooms are spacious , it is great fun for the kids with pool table, fusball and ping pong table. Owner is very friendly and neighbours are fantastic . We truly recommend .

Fantastic holiday!

We stayed at Villa Mediterraneo for a week. It was a fantastic experience. The property is located in a great position, with full 180 degrees sea view, and amazing sun set view. The children had the entire garden to play with, we had lots of football games occasionally interrupted with a swim in the pool The pool is regularly cleaned and well maintained, none of us (unlike other experiences) had issues with allergies or eye infections, despite we swimmed for the entire day. The house interiors are very elegant, and we found all we needed for cooking. The billard in the main room is a great pastime, and so the foosball. The house has 3 TV screens, more than enough for a big group of people. The villa manager was very helpful with us, and check jn and check out formalities where very easy to deal with. We strongly recommend this property

Beautiful luxury villa lacking a couple of basics!

The property was plenty big enough for our party of 10. It was well maintained and clean when we arrived with bed linen and hand towels provided, however, larger towels would have been provided at an extra charge, plus a fee for laundering them which was not clear in the description. There were areas that needed some attention such as cracked & chipped crockery, only 4 mugs in the property that could potentially sleep 18 people! Some areas of the decking were loose/lifting and rotting but overall the gardens and pool area were well kept and maintained. While the property is within a walkable distance to the beach and nearest restaurant, a car is needed to get to these areas as they are reached by walking along a road which has no footpath or lighting and snakes down to the beach from the cliff where the villa is situated.There is a shop about 200 metres from the property which stocks a good variety of things, however, to reach a supermarket or to access towns or places to visit a car is a must!The villa manager, Paolo, was helpful in arranging airport transfers for some of the group and answered queries promptly.

Villa Mediterraneo

The villa was plenty big enough for our group of 10 people,and it is well maintained.The villa manager,Paolo,arranged airport transfers for us upon request.The villa has lovely gardens and views,however,if planning to travel you will definitely need a car.The beach and nearest restaurant,while a within a reasonable walking distance, are reached by walking down a road with no path and very little lighting.There is a shop very close by which has a good variety of supplies,but to reach a larger store/supermarket a car is required.The write up of the villa states that towels are supplied,and our group were left with clean hand towels,however,we were not issued any bath towels.When I contacted the villa manager about this I was informed that there would be an extra charge for the supply of these,plus a fee for laundering them at the end of the week which is not how the write up came across.The villa is mostly well equipped if making your own meals,but we found basics lacking,such as a low amount of mugs (4 in total),and a lot of cracked and chipped crockery.There were also other issues such as the table tennis was broken,and areas of the decking were rotting and lifting.All in all a good week was had by all in the group but we felt there is room for improvement considering how much was paid for our stay.

Simply Amazing

The home was stunning and the sunsets were some of the best we have seen. Paulo the site manager was always available and very helpful. He made our stay very enjoyable. The house is beautiful and has every amenity you need. The views from the pool are stunning and the weather was great.. We had many nights where we looked at the stars having a glass of wine on our balcony.We used the outdoor kitchen and pizza oven daily.and my son even played soccer on the local academy team while we were there.. My kids didn't get bored as the pool table,pingpong, fuseball and pool kept them busy.. The sea is only 5 minutes away and we became friends with the local baker who invited us to his farm for dinner one night. An Italian feast ... Restaurants and supermarket are only 5 minutes away and also there is a port where we rented a fishing boat for the day... Cant wait to go back next year.. Marco the owner was very professional and was very responsive to our emails and Paulo made sure we had the vacation of a lifetime.. Thankyou because you did.

Fantastic in every way.

The house was absolutely magnificent. The rooms were modern, extremely spacious and had everything you could ask for. The facilities, views, furnishings and gardens were the best I've seen. I will certainly be staying again. Recommended!

Stunning villa and view

We rented this villa for a week and had a wonderful time. There were 13 of us, a mix of teenagers and adults, and it still felt incredibly spacious. We never got on top of one another. The villa is airy and huge - the photos do not do it justice - with floor to ceiling windows on the ground and first floor and a beautiful view out over the sea. Every evening we watched the sun set directly opposite us. The exterior of the villa is beautiful and spacious. A large garden, with a few old olive trees and lovely flowers, and lawns big enough for kicking a ball around or playing frisbee. The pool was spacious too and clear and clean and not chloriny. One of our party, who usually gets eczema flare up from swimming pools, could loll in the water for ages with no problem. It was all very thoughtfully prepared for guests: Large, stylish umbrellas to give ample shade by the pool and over the outdoor eating area, generous decking around the pool, lots of comfortable sun loungers, a beautiful area for eating outside, an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and bbq and comfy sofas, candles to have on the tables at night....it felt as if you were guests in someone's home being well looked after, only they weren't there. The interior was stylish and lovely too - lots of light, great view, clean, comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, balconies wrapped around the villa on the first floor and another smaller one on the top floor. Just lots of space! Our two teenage boys had the top floor to themselves, one on a queen bed, the other on a sofa bed, and it could have fit more. It had a fun, attic feel to it. There were 2 sitting rooms each with a tv, and a cinema room. The billiard table turned out to be great fun, with endless games between all ages. Wi-fi was fast and efficient throughout the villa. If you have babies, there were cots and high chairs. There is nothing to fault at Villa Mediterraneo. It was of an exceptional standard. Cupboards filled with wine glasses and champagne flutes too. Paolo was always on hand if we needed anything, and he was kind, efficient, helpful. The surrounding area is not polished and chic like the villa is - it is untouched and untouristy - it's the real Italia del Sud. We had a lovely breakfast up in the mountains in a medieval village called Guardia Piemontese, about 20 minutes away, with windy roads and amazing view. HIghly recommend this place! Marco, the owner, is a pleasure to do business with too.

Fantastic villa, great holiday

We are just back from a wonderful week saying at the villa. We all loved staying at villa Mediterraneo. It is absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about it: the pool, the view, the flowers in the garden, the garden itself, the spacious airy interior, the large umbrellas and decking area and outdoor seating, the attention to detail throughout, and the kindness of the villa manager who looked after us so well. Everything! We all enjoyed the billiard table too. We came with family and friends, a mix of adults and teenagers, and all had a great holiday.
