The place was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Couch was great. And view off the balcony is fun for the kids. (Although loud at times) As always Sunhost staff is super friendly and the grounds are well kept. The parking situation at beach place is always a nightmare and not well done like the other resorts.

Our stay was great overall. Our only complaints were that the pool closed at 10pm, and our air-conditioning wasn't working for about a day and a half. Loved the location right on the beach!

I loved the location. Our condo is a little dated but was Nice. We were on a family staycation.

I would stay in this building again. Our unit was a little dated and in need of a new dishwasher. The inside door is very dirty giving it a horrible smell and does not clean the dishes. Overall though the location was perfect.

The only thing I would note is kitchen would help to have more baking sheets and large pans for the oven and a large stock pot. We just went to dollar tree and got disposable. Best beds we've slept in at Beach Place! The building itself gets too hot for our comfort since you cant turn the air below the 70's but we just bring a fan now. And of course....the elevator ughh....If you have stayed here you know...its hot and slow. We really loved the condo though! We will try to get it again next year. Thank you to the owners of 203 for sharing your home with us!

We love that it’s on the beach and right across from John’s Pass. Just one thing to keep in mind is that being on the bridge side and on the 2nd floor it can be a bit noisy at night with vehicles and foot traffic but it wouldn’t stop us from booking this room again.

The property itself was clean and in overall good condition. We had a partial sea view and a view of John's Pass Bridge from our balcony. The check in was extremely quick and easy. The staff was great and very helpful. The location was perfect and we could walk to shops and restaurants. The weather could be better but the rest was wonderful, overall, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend staying in Beach Place Condos.
