Welcome to our completely renovated historic home that sits on 1 acre across the street from Twin Creeks Village/Marina. Plenty of room for a large family or group at our 4BR/3BA home featuring 2 upstairs bedrooms, bonus room with kitchenette. Bring your own boat and trailer! Public beach and boat ramp are 0.3 miles away. Less than 1 mile from Winchester square offering dining and movie theatre. Minutes away from Jack Daniels distillery, spectacular views, hiking and golf on Monteagle Mountain.

The house itself is very old and on a busy road. Although it had everything we needed, the upstairs bathroom was very hard to use. The shower and sink are so small. My kids could shower in there, but an adult cannot really move. The layout of the house is nice with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs and the furniture allowed for storage in every room. There is true lady bug problem in the house. We killed lady bugs every day of our trip. There were clusters of 10-20 of them in the upstairs bedrooms and they were in every window and door panel. It was a little unsettling having them crawl around everywhere. We celebrated Thanksgiving in the house and were able to all fit at the table which was nice. The appliances are up to date which was nice and we didn't have to bring much. The house overall was good, I just wouldn't stay again because it was such a busy road. The town of Winchester is very cute and the downtown area had a lot to offer over the Thanksgiving weekend.

July 4th at Twin Creeks

House was very comfortable and made for a relaxing stay over the 4 th. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We had a great time.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

This home is very charming and cozy making it the perfect getaway for our family Christmas. - the beds were all very comfortable, everyone slept great!- the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need.- downstairs there are two bedrooms and two large bathrooms, fully renovated and very spacious. - upstairs there are two nice size bedrooms and a living area, it was perfect for our kids!- upstairs bathroom is smaller, but it worked perfectly for our kids. - house is located on the main road, however there is ample space for parking and getting in and out. Very cute home! Home owners did a great job renovating and decorating!

Decent stay but not great communication

We stayed here for a family reunion. The house is very cute and nicely decorated and pretty clean. The bathroom door upstairs gets stuck so be careful not to lock yourself in there. We booked our stay 10 months in advance and indicated we were bringing a dog. Upon checking out we received a message from the host asking if we brought a dog. I indicated that we did and then was requested to pay an additional fee. I did not at any point hide that we were bringing a dog so I was pretty disappointed in that. I think that was an error in communication on the hosts part. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable.

Sweet Retreat

This house was the perfect place for my family to meet to celebrate a family event. There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was well-supplied with what was needed, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our second stay was as enjoyable as our first. It has plenty of towels, the kitchen is well equipped, and this home is spacious… a home away from home.

Tennessee Treasure

The photos and written description, as nice as they were, do not give you the beauty that is there. The home has been beautifully restored and is also very comfortable. The kitchen seems to be brand new appliances and it leads to a wonderful dining room, not dining area, with windows covering two walls. The table would comfortably seat 8 with dinner service ware to have that many, and then some. The deck can be accessed off the dining room with comfortable furniture and a fire table. The front patio has rocking couches on either side of the front door and two additional chairs. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one a suite with a beautiful tiled shower, and a full bath at the end of the hall. There is a laundry closet with new washer and dryer. Our bed was very comfortable, the room had great lighting and windows with shades. We only toured the upstairs as we were alone, but the upstairs had two more bedrooms and a living area and a covered deck with furniture. The living area downstairs had two separate areas, both with overhead recessed lights, a definite plus when the days begin to shorten. The windows throughout the lower level let in so much natural light that during the day and early evening lights are not needed during summer, the windows had stylish sun blocking shades if you prefer less light. The house was only minutes from Tims Ford Marina with multiple water sport options available. Nashville is about 2.5 hours and worth the time. We were grateful.

Great place close to lake

We didn’t spend much time in the house other than sleeping. But the house was great, very clean and updated. Parking was easy even though on a busier road. Wish we’d had more energy after the days at the lake to enjoy the back deck, maybe next time.

Week long get away

This property is AMAZING! A hidden little gem! We had just as much fun hanging out at the house as we did exploring. This house was a tremendous place to gather as a family! Communication with owners was flawless and the property was very well maintained.

Sweet Retreat

Our stay at this home was comfortable and like being at home away from home. It is spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed staying at this home as it was convenient to Winchester and Cowan, close to where we usually go while visiting.
