Panoramic mountain views and perched high above Lake Catherine with amazing sunsets. Fresh paint throughout as well as new furnishings. New lighting, USB lamps, outlets and towel warmer. Super clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with all new kitchenware. Private balcony to relax and watch everything from soaring bald eagles to deer. Cozy rental in a small, quiet set of condos. Perfect to retreat to after spending the day in Historical downtown. Spas, Oaklawn Casino and horse racing, Garvin Woodland Gardens, Hot Springs National Park are a short drive. Perfect for groups of 4 or less and min 2 day stay. Quiet bedroom community with park like setting. Golf and small bar and grill just inside gate entrance. Tennis, frisbee golf and large neighborhood pool. Bring your fishing boat (message for details), bikes or kayaks and access boat launch in Lake Catherine State Park next to this gated community. They also have daily boat rentals. Lake Hamilton boat launch is a short drive. Parking spots for 2 right by front door and overflow parking. Well lit private drive up and exterior. 3 smart TVs to stream your favorites and high speed WiFi. King and queen bedroom each with private bathrooms. Laundry nook. Small fire pit area and charcoal grill. Sunrise to the right and sunsets the left.

It was a very peaceful stay. The scenery was fantastic. The condo was easy to get to and amenities were just what was needed.

Everything was as described. The host was very receptive to my emails. The views from the balcony (where I spent most of my time) were beautiful! I would definitely stay there again.

Place was awesome but had one issue

This location was very clean and had an awesome view. Only issue we had was that the jets in the tub were dirty. I turned them on and a bunch of dirt filled the tub. Other than that, everything else was very clean and matched the description given

Excellent Getaway

The condo was excellent; very clean and cozy. Loved the back balcony. It was too cold to use the fire pit. The showers were very small but manageable. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable

Perfect place to stay while visiting family with my elderly mom. No stairs and parking at condo entrance. Condo is as pictured, clean, comfortable beds, convenient to endless shops, restaurants, things to do. Unit sits high on bluff with a small green area before drop, although perfect for adults, I would not be comfortable with my little (10 and under) grands outside around the unit. Hosts are knowledgeable and communicative. Would recommend for older children and adult stays.

A lovely getaway

The condo was perfect! Immaculately clean and incredible views. It was just 5 minutes from Lake Catherine State Park which was a great perk. Highly recommend!

I took my wife for a birthday weekend getaway. The location was cleam, spacious amd very well maintain. I will will definitely be looking forward to booking agin in the Hot Springs Area

Beautiful location!

The location could not be beat! Lake Catherine was amazing. It was a beautiful drive to get to the location and we felt like we were tucked away in the trees overlooking lake Catherine. It was close enough for a fabulous trip into Hot Springs and other points of interest.

Great Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I wanted a quiet place to celebrate our 48th anniversary, and this condo fit the bill! Beautiful view, the most comfortable bed we've ever had at a vacation rental, and plenty of kitchen dishes/pans/utensils for us to cook with. The only thing that I hesitate to call a negative, but was unexpected, was that there was no dining table and chairs. Just metal backless stools at the kitchen counter. For meals, that was fine. We just brought games to play and it was kind of challenging without a table. But overall we loved the condo and would definitely stay again!

We enjoy getting away to Hot Springs as often as we can. So much to do and we still find things to explore from hiking to entrainment.

This property has one of the best views in the area. Spectacular sunsets and sweeping views and sunsets. It’s great for spotting wildlife. It feels like you’re alone on a private mountain.
