Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Fantastic Views. Great Location.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Property was updated, clean, and comfortable. Each bedroom has a view of the beach. Woke up to a stunning sunrise! The verandah was our favorite part with views of both the ocean and the bay. Location was close to some wonderful OCMD spots and easy proximity to north and south. Just right. We look forward to another stay.

Perfect Place!

Jodi's place was very beautiful and peaceful. It's a piece of Heaven on Earth. I love the beach scenery and the ocean view. I can see the water on the balcony, I can see the water in my bedroom, water, water everywhere. It was so beautiful! I love it! The beds are very comfortable! Her place was very clean. I had the perfect nights. I just walk out and there's the beach. You cannot get any closer. The place was perfectly air conditioned. Everything was perfect! The balcony was so big with plenty of chairs and tables for your enjoyment. Love to look at the water and listen to the ocean waves on the balcony! Very relaxing and peaceful! Love everything about Jodi's place! Very highly recommended! If I can give 10 stars, I definitely would. I cannot wait to come back again! Thank you very much Jodi for having us.

Great stay, perfect location

Excellent Experience

We loved this place. Sleeping to the sounds of the ocean, great views of both sunrise and sunset, hard to beat. Comfortable beds, and living space. Parking was easy access and overall just a great place to stay.

Sunrise and Sunset!!

Perfectly located rental that offers an awesome view of both the morning sunrise over the ocean and ending your day with the beautiful sunset over the bay! Well appointed condo, quiet location with beach front access only a few steps away. Enjoyed our stay during the off season, peaceful, clean and fully updated condo decor was so welcoming! We will be looking forward to another stay next year for sure:)

What an amazing stay

Peaceful and Quaint

This is a lovely condo. Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable in every area! The beach was easy to access and wasn’t crowded. Great views even though the balcony was facing the side street.

What a great place!

From the moment we arrived we were thrilled with our rental experience. Beach Haus was great with communications and were very accommodating. The condo is really nice! We had some bad weather while we were there and we had a good time staying in and enjoying the condo because it is in such great shape. No concerns about being stuck in the 1980's for decor, bedding and furniture. It's been recently updated and is CLEAN! It's cozy and did I mention clean? We've been coming to OC for decades and this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. You can see the beach and the bay from the balcony. The view from the master bedroom are of the beach looking north. Beach access is so simple and so nice to be close to the condo for quick drink refills and bathroom breaks. No dragging everything to the beach because you don't want to cross Ocean Highway. We will definitely look to Beach Haus for our next rental. I highly recommend them and this rental unit!

Wonderful stay

The place was very comfortable and perfect right on the beach. Loved the view on the balcony and was perfect for hanging out after going into Ocean City. Perfect with the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely recommend this place.
