Fantastic fully doted 2 bedroom beachfront apt in trendy Bocagrande / Laguito, in the heart of the bustling and protected area, the Bocagrande Peninsula with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Cartagena skyline, the Caribbean sea and the Laguito lagoon. The balcony and its comfy furniture are a dream, Sunrise and Sunset are a sight to behold (so I've been told 🤣). We even installed a TV, premium speaker and mood lighting on the balcony for that special loungy summer vibe, features I assure you that you will not find anywhere in Cartagena.

The unit has all the convenience of a home stay (Smart TVs, hi-speed wifi, AC & fans in every room etc). A washer & dryer (a MUST in sunny, beachy & sandy Cartagena) are also provided, not a convenience often found in most listings. A safe, an iron, ironing board & hair dryer help complete the home away from home vibe.

We offer 10% off weekly and 20% off monthly stays.

The building has 2 pools, rooftop and beach level, gym etc. The beach is a 1 short minute walk away, Downtown and the walled city (city center) a hop and a skip away, a 10 minute cab ride and costs less than $4 USD.

Available on the premises on level 7 we have a secured parking spot for your vehicle if you traveled by car or rented one at the airport, a luxury item in that area as you will find out. An add-on service that we're happy to provide free of charge.

I have a wonderful cook that prepares my meals when I'm in town. If you would like to taste some delicious Colombian specialties, let me know ahead of time so you can book her time for an additional fee. Also let me know if you need a reliable driver to take you around or pick you up at the airport. And finally if you're like me and try to stay in shape even during your vacations, I have a Personal Trainer that helps me stay focus and on target. He will meet you at the gym and make sure that you do the same. Happy training!

Maravilloso apartamento en Bocagrande/Cartagena

Contacto con el propietario excelente, muy amable. Atardeceres de cine, todo muy limpio, 4 televisores, Netflix y Disney+, camas cómodas, apartamento "cozy". Lindas piscinas y una vista desde el piso 43 fantástica. Recepción amable y 24h/7d. Pasamos una muy linda semana =)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! The space was spotlessly clean, bright, and very spacious, with breathtaking views that truly never end. Waking up and winding down with that scenery was a highlight of our trip.The building itself is fantastic, with two beautiful pools that were well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and comfortable.Most of all, the host was incredible: kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local recommendations. This place exceeded our expectations in every way, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything about my stay at this apartment was excellent. The scenic views from the balcony and the bedroom were incredible. An easy walk to the beach or to restaurants. The apartment was very clean and spacious. And something that’s very important to me is that the bed was very comfortable. And the owner of the property it was very responsive and helpful of any concerns that we had. I’ve stayed at other apartments in Cartagena and this was the best. Next time I visit Cartagena I’ll definitely stay at this apartment again.

Beautiful apartment in a good location. We had trouble with checkin. We were not in the system when we arrived and had to contact the host which took sometime. Once that was corrected. We got up to the apartment and it had not been cleaned. We ended up dropping our bags while they. Leaned but this was pretty inconvenient after traveling all day.After the first day, the host was responsive when we got locked out. The overall the apartment fit our stay well and we’d consider it again.

The unit has an amazing view of the ocean and city. There’s literally no bad view in this unit. Felt a little cluttered with the furniture and poor wifi reception in the guest room but we enjoyed our stay. Owner was attentive to our needs. Best place we ever booked on VRBO.

Everything was amazing!Rafa treated us like family, Heidy cooked for us, Lalo took us around, we even got a baby sitter to step out for a night Angelica!The balcony was perfect! An adventure!

The condo was as described. Beautiful artwork everywhere. Kitchen fully stocked. The views are beautiful from the 29th floor. The balcony complete with tv, sound speaker and mood lighting. Close to great restaurants and a short ride to the walled city. We enjoyed our stay. Rafa. The print of the old woman and cigar still haunts me in a good way! Thank you for sharing your home and driver!

Beautiful view. Improvements needed

The highlights- this 2 bedroom apartment is on the 29th floor. It has a large balcony with spectacular views of the ocean. The beds were comfortably. The sheets could have been softer though. The response from Rafa and Laura was very good. They both tried hard to take care of any issues. The negatives - there are 2 very nice pools that no one was using. There is zero shade. With the suns strong rays, one can only stay by the pool for 10-15 minutes. I suggested that they have umbrellas and Rafa said they would discuss this at the next meeting. I find it hard to believe Im the first person to point this out. The refrigerator leaked water. We had to keep a towel on the floor so we didnt slip. Although we were told by our very good tour operator that the plumbing in Cartagena has no problems with toilet paper, we were told not to put toilet paper in the toilets here. Im not a big fan of stinking up my place.There was no cutting board. No stopper for the sink. No towels to dry the dishes. When we asked about them, they were quick to respond and were going to purchase these.On our 6th day , i inquired again and someone brough the board, paper towels to dry the dishes ( not a drying towel) and a sink filter, which we already had. They said they had purchased them on the first day we asked, but left them at the front desk.They never told me i would need to pick them up, so im not sure i believe that they bought them. With a few changes, this would be a great

Fabulous Stay in an Upscale Cartagena Penthouse – A True Home Away From Home!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this stunning penthouse in Cartagena, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I stepped inside, I was in awe of the attention to detail and the personal touches throughout the apartment. Every corner of the space radiated a sense of luxury and sophistication, yet somehow still felt like a true home. Wonderful Host and Amazing Location

I had an amazing stay during my trip to Cartagena. I can’t ask for a better place to stay. Very safe and extremely friendly host. The building management was helpful and provided the best services to make it a memorable trip. I would highly recommend this place if you want to have a hassle free stay with all the convenience around you. And the views are just stunning - morning , afternoon or evening.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Views!

I recently stayed at here and I couldn’t be more impressed. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Every corner of the space was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority for the host. Speaking of the host, they were incredibly pleasant and accommodating. From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, communication was smooth, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience. The cherry on top was the beautiful view from the property. Whether it was morning coffee or a sunset evening, the surroundings were simply breathtaking. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and scenic place to stay, I highly recommend this stay.

The View and Service That Left Us Wanting More!!

First, let me say that Rafa is the best host that I have ever had. He was so responsive and helpful that I canceled a reservation, even though I had to pay a fee just to stay in his condo. The front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. Check-in was quick after we filled out the registration and showed our passports. There were no hidden fees in the price or additional charges at the condo. Rafa recommended a driver to pick us up from the airport. Chef Heidy took care of us for breakfast and dinner most nights; she even cleaned the rooms and kept everything tidy for us. The host recommended his trainter, Yesid. We took him up on the offer and he met us in the gym and worked out with us on different mornings. Yesid recommended a nice club with music and joined us to tour the city one day and at night for music and drinks. It was five women and the space in the bedrooms were a little tight, but definitely more room than you get in a traditional hotel room. We loved the balcony and the view was EVERYTHING! We most loved Rafa's concern for us and check-ins to ensure that everything went well. The art work in the condo is breathtaking. We got locked out and his manager, Laura, helped us and it was at midnight. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Rafa for treating us like family; we appreciate it! Everyone that was recommended, the driver, trainer and the chef were very reasonably priced and worth every penny!

Amazing condo option when in Cartagena!!

We were very happy and impressed with the condo and communication with the owner and managment company. We stayed here from June 28th-July 8th. Rafa had wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and groceries. We utilized his go to guy for transportation from the airport and a couple of excursions. Neither my husband or I speak Spanish but with Google Translate/ Lens and whatsapp.... we found it easy to get around with Lalo. He was very kind; helpful and patient. The view from the condo was just as described in the pics. Amenities were perfect. AC was very comfortable in all rooms. We really enjoyed the balcony for evening wine, snacks and sunsets. This condo is on a corner so it was very quiet day and night. We travel all over and explore different places as much as possible but if we return to Cartagena.... THIS is my go to place! I have already referred a couple of good friends!!

This unit is a short Uber ride away from the walled city. Plenty of restaurants and small stores nearby. There’s a coffee shop two blocks away. The view is amazing. Great rental!

The simple comforts of home!

Amazing place! Everything about this place was top notch! After staying in several different places though out northwest region of Colombia are last stay was here and how good it felt to be in a place that felt like a American home. If you enjoy the simple things in life that most take for granted in the states like a Hot shower, good water pressure and a comfortable mattress. I strongly suggest staying here very clean comfortable, safe and was very conveniently located to everything we needed. Rafa was spot on with any questions and help we needed. Can't say enough good things about are stay, would definitely come back.

What we needed and more!

With this being our first trip to Cartagena, this was a perfect option! The location is amongst several condo buildings so they are used to accommodating tourists. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance and you’re on the water but not the beach which was ok. The beach was within walking distance. Working with the property owner and manager was easy and they made sure we had an easy check-in and stay. The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed. Definitely will be back!

Amazing Condo

This condo on the 29th floor is everything and more than is shown in description and photos. The apartment is very clean, kitchens is amazing and very well stocked. Amazing balcony and view. All air conditioners and fans worked perfectly. The bed was super comfortable. The wifi worked perfectly. The roof top pool on the 44th floor is amazing with amazing views. The gym is fully equipped and all cardio equipment works well. The owner is MORE than prompt and accommodating. He responded rapidly to every message sent to him during the booking process and during our stay. We totally look forward to returning for a much longer holiday and stay in the future. We can’t say enough GREAT things about this property and service from the owner. Thank you VERY MUCH!!!
