Offering a unique view of the Canal Saint Martin, on a high floor (elevator) of a Haussmann building, typically Parisian apartment of 60m2 with parquet floors, moldings and fireplaces.

* 2 min from a "Vélib'" station (Public "Rent a bike")
* Ideally accessible by public transport with 4 very close metro stations: Gare de l'Est station (lines 4, 5, 7), République station (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11), Colonel Fabien (line 2), Jacques Bonsergent (line 5).
* Within walking distance of train stations:
Gare de l'Est (10 minutes) or Gare du Nord (17 minutes).

Hype district, with many cafes (Ten belles, Radiodays, la Marine...), bars (Comptoir Général, Carillon, chez Brigitte, chez Prune... etc) and many restaurants.

Parisians love coming to the edge of the canal and the atmosphere is really nice there.
