Appartamento pulito dotato di tutto il necessario, si trova all’interno di un complesso residenziale molto tranquillo , servizi ottimi,vicino a locali, negozi e market.Zona perfetta per visitare Los Angeles ma soggiornare nella tranquillità di una zona residenziale.La comunicazione con John è rapidissima e facile, risponde ad ogni domanda e disponibile alle richieste.Avevamo letto alcune recensioni negative sul complesso di appartamenti che si sono rivelate del tutto infondate per quanto riguarda la nostra esperienza

Very nice but only sleeps 2

Apartment was very nice very clean. However, the description said it had a pullout bed. And the listing says the apartment sleeps four. However, once we got there with our 15-year-old daughter there was no pullout couch. The owner explained he got a new couch and didn’t update the listing. He stated there are two air mattresses, both of which had leaks in them. The couch is very small for someone like a teenager to sleep on. So I recommend this property but for only one or two people.

Modern and comfortable apartment

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Had all amenities needed including washing machine and dryer. Heated pool and well equipped exercise facilities were also very nice. Overall highly recommended.

Business Trip

This is a 10 out of 10 property. The location was perfect for me. Loved having the grocery store right there. The apartment was so nice, comfortable and cosy. It was just a bit chilly, so I enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. The apartment was a good size and I didn’t feel cramped at all. I know everyone has their own opinion about beds but for me the bed was very comfortable. I had long days and the tub was wonderful to soak in. I would highly recommend this property and for sure would stay there again.

Great location, close to marina, stores and restaurants. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Condo was immaculate although sparsely furnished. Kitchen very well equipped. King size bed very comfortable. Could use better lighting at bedside for reading. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice!

Spacious and Comfortable Apartment

The spaciousness and elegant minimalist decor perfectly suited us. Communication with the host, John, was timely and professional. Dedicated parking was a great relief. We would stay here again.

Great place in Marina Del Rey

Overall impression of the apartment and location was positive. Close to grocery stores, food is walkable nearby, and it was great to have parking. Directions to and thru the parking garage by the host was spot on. Enjoyed the pool 2 evenings after long walking days of LA tourists. Very easy access to highways. My 4 star rating is based on the fact that the apartment was sparsely furnished. 1 mostly uncomfortable couch, and a table with 4 chairs and that is it for seating. Would be well to do with a rocking chair or a recliner or something to relax on. No color on the walls and 4 pictures/art in all the rooms. I would definitely stay here again given the choice. The local amenities outweighed the lack of comfort.

Labor Day weekend

Property was nice, and owner was very responsive in all aspects of the stay. Clean and comfortable place. We would come back again to stay- thank you for being a great host!

Like the place. Need some reparations

We’ve spent a week in this apartment. It is very secure, and the kids love the pool and spa. The apartment was spacious for a one bedroom and the bed was comfortable. However, it needs some repairs ( store, air conditioner trap and sofa). The kitchen could have more equipments. The host was very responsive and this was much appreciated. They is a supermarket very close.

Peaceful Stay

I loved how clean and quiet it was and how the sunlight that would enter rooms. Also, I loved being able to walk across the street to restaurants, grocery stores, and a juice place. I would recommend this location!

Good for price

Pros: - Good value - Very walkable. Many places to eat, multiple nearby supermarkets, and the Marina. Capri gelato right across the street. - Comfortable bed - Clean - In unit washer/dryer - Nice pool and really nice exercise room. - Host responsive Cons: - The vertical blinds were missing a few slats - Sofa was not the most comfortable and furnishing are sparse. - You can hear traffic noise from Lincoln blvd. It's not terrible, and at night it quiets down quite a bit, but I can imagine light sleepers would notice. Summary: Overall it was a comfortable place to stay for a week. If I were to rate it similar to hotel class, it would probably be a 3-star, quality comfort with the basics. The area of Marina del rey and Venice does have its share of homeless, but the building itself felt very safe and we had no real problems walking around. Furnishings are sparse (a comfy chair in the living area and in the bedroom would be nice) and I think the sofa could use an upgrade, but the wife and I had a good stay. I would have no problem coming back again.

Great spot

Stayed a few days for the Pearl Jam shows. Good location and just as described. Communication with owner was very fast and efficient. Great sushi spot down the road.
