Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. bright, enclosed yard, great for a perfect getaway for familly, friends, and pets. This great 2 bedrrom, 1 bath, was fully renovated to host families and business travelers when coming to houston. We are about 20 minutes from Galleria mall and 6 miles from Downtown.

Pet fee- $90 per pet,max 2 pets.

The neighborhood could sometimes have music later than expected, on holidays there are fireworks until late at night. Also, the area is unsafe for waking your pet because occasionally there may be stray dogs. The area has undergone a few home renovations, yet some still need some repairs . We want to be open and honest with you, regarding the area.

* If you damage any items in the home or if any items is missing, you will be charged the items amount to replace the items.

* $350 fee for smoking ,vaping, marijuana or any type of smoke devices used inside the home.

* Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.

* Early check- ins , are not guaranteed ,you will need to send message asking us if you can check-in early.

*Unauthorized late check outs will be charged a $55 fee.

We had a fantastic time at this VRBO. Our German Shepherd was able to run around outside without fear of running away. The place was clean and perfectly set up for us for the week we stayed.

We absolutely loved our stay here while we house hunting and going through the buying process for our own home. Very beautiful and clean. Cozy and peaceful. It feels safe with the gated entry which our dog loved as well, being able to go out to the yard as he pleased without needing a leash. The kitchen/home is fully stocked with everything you’d need for an extended stay. I highly recommend booking this property.

Beautiful home and property. Clean and well maintained throughout. Home was well stocked with all the essentials for our month long stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet overall and felt safe with the gated entry. If you’re in need of a pet friendly home away from home, we highly recommend booking this property.

Cute and Clean!

We were in town for a quinceñera and loved this place. Easy check in with owner sending instructions the day of. This place is super clean and nice. Has remote for gate or you can use the code. Beautiful home and very clean. Fans in all thenrooms and great a/c keeps the house very cool. It can be loud at night with music from the neighborhood or dogs but we have some loud weekends where we live so it didn't phase us. We had plenty of space to get ready for the party. The shower is awesome and having a washer and dryer was super nice too. My daughters got really excited because the ice cream truck came by while we were there lol. The yard has a lot of privacy on the sides and a cute little area if you want to cook on the grill. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again. There's a great taco place down the road called Amari's. We got breakfast one morning from them and they were delicious. Everything seems to be close by too!

Clean and cozy retreat

I have stayed in several properties in this area of Houston, and this one was by far my favorite! It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies. Plenty of space to cook, eat or just hang out. Loved the fireplace! The gated parking is easy to navigate and gives you a good sense of security. Plenty of parking space as well. We will definitely be returning.

Highly recommend!

100% recommend. Check in and out was so easy. The house has its own gate to come in and out off. To some people the area might not be great but If you aren’t picky about staying in certain areas, it’s an awesome place to stay. Everything seems to be brand new from how clean it was. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The hood

This house was in a terrible neighborhood with active gang avtivity. We refused to stay at house an or money was not returned. VRBO was not heloful. We will not be using this site agaun an will make sure our friends know this story.

Cute and Well-Equipped House!!

This house was so cute and was incredibly clean and had everything I needed. I felt very safe with the outdoor gate and had plenty of space to spread all my stuff out and be comfortable. Host had great communication with me and check in and check out were a breeze. If you’re in the Houston area, 100% recommend!

Really nice property not too far from downtown

The area could be better but we weren’t here to be in the house all day; we spent a ton of time downtown. Great communication from the owner. The house is so comfortable, clean, and cozy
