• Living: Our open concept layout provides plenty of seating to gather, featuring board games and life size games right in the action.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped for group meals with an electric stove, microwave, blender, and an essential coffee maker to kickstart your mornings.

• Bed: Four comfortable bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests. Two rooms feature Queen beds, one has two twin over twin bunk beds, and the fourth has a single twin over twin bunk bed.

• Bath: Three full bathrooms feature bathtubs, hot water, and complimentary basic toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.



⚠️ Honest Expectations:

• Urban Noise: The primary bedroom backs up to a major road, so you will experience typical city street noise and streetlights. We recommend packing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

• Window Coverings: The front window in the main living area does not have blinds, allowing for great natural light but limiting privacy in that specific common space.



Guest Access:

• Enjoy a seamless arrival with our self-check in process using a keypad and unique door code.

• You have full access to the home, with parking available in the driveway or free street parking.

• Please do not park in the landscaping rocks.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for the stay. Please contact us to confirm the specific amount. This is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition.

• Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip the hold on your card, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead.

• Resolution Center: For your peace of mind, both the security deposit and the damage waiver are processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center. The payment is due on your arrival day.

• Furry Friends Welcome: We love dogs! You are welcome to bring your non-service pup along for a small fee. Please just remember to add them to your reservation guest count when booking so the fee is automatically applied and we know to expect them!
