Welcome to our tiny A-frame cabin.

This tiny A-frame cabin is 280 square feet of pure coziness. An all electric unit provides the heating and air conditioning. It offers significant privacy but is still walking distance to at least 15 restaurants and is less than three miles from public parks where there is availability for tennis, pickleball, basketball, disc golf, sand volleyball, walking and running.
The cabin offers a comfy loft bed for two, small bathroom with a tiny tub, kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge and a relaxing living area with a full size couch.
There is a fire pit and seating outside which overlooks a small pond.

It was cozy, cute, and perfect for a one night's stay. The small space can get stuffy after a while with two people, but windows open easily and there is a ceiling fan. I just wish I had been more observant about the shower situation (detached shower nozzle and metal tub with no curtains to prevent overspray), but that's on me.

Very cozy- comfy bed. Thoughtful lighting and switches for easy access. Very cute location but some online maps don’t tell you to find the driveway behind the Varsity restaurant. Very cool having the vintage record player with vinyl for your listening enjoyment- no TV though.

Johnny was very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The cabin was perfect except you can only do so much writing and reflection. Being able to put my feet up at the end of the day and watch some TV would have been nice. There's wall space! Other than almost burning the woods down, I had a lovely, soothing, and relaxing couple of days. Thank you!

Overall, a cute little spot. After a few days, it was ever so slightly musty, but it’s a cabin in the woods, so it’s not unheard of. The surroundings are incredible. I saw so many baby deer right outside the door from the couch. Johnny was also the BEST host. He was so communicative, quick to respond, and very flexible.

Secluded but right in town

visited Watkinsville’s OCAF pottery festival . This a frame is so close to the OCAF center !! I would hope to stay there again. I wish VRBO had more units like Johnny’s

This charming tiny house is nestled in the woods, quiet and so peaceful, yet it is within 10 minutes of Watkinsville, where I attended an art show reception. To come back here afterwards was very restful to me, and the essential needs were provided. The owner was very helpful, and it all was well organized. The next time I am in the area I certainly hope to stay here again!

We had a great time. We got up there earlier then check in and there was no hassle and getting to location nor locking the key. Everything was great. We just wished there was better access the pond.

Very nice, simple place that is unique. Firewood was provided for the firepit outside, coffee was provided. Host messaged to allow early check in without me even asking! Host also gave several restaurant recommendations. We went to he flying biscuit for breakfast and it was amazing. Best grits i've ever had in my life! DAWGS won so great weekend

Weekend getaway

Came to town for ballgame. It was a 25th anniversary gift from my wife. We live about 4 hours away so we decided to stay 2 nights and so glad we did. We enjoyed the fire pit the first night and went out for early breakfast the second day and just hung out at Sweet A for the day. It was a perfect stay. Loved the woodsy cozy atmosphere. We would definitely recommend your place. Thank You!

Great little house

Great house, just as described. Just be mindful there is no tv which was great for us to unwind after going to the football game. It’s a little strange going up the ladder to bed but it was expected. Bed super comfortable and cute homey touches. Close to UGA and restaurants. Host very quick to answer any questions

Such a cute cabin!!!

This cabin is so clean and adorable! Even better than the pics! Love the privacy and quiet among the trees the cabin is located in. Very peaceful, yet only about 20 min from UGA. Looks like it has recently been either re-done or built. Everything looks brand new. One of the nicest and cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. Even had some firewood nicely provided and arranged for a campfire. I hope there is an opening next time I go down to see my niece at UGA. Will def stay there again! Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful retreat.
