We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful lake property. The location was quiet and relaxing, and the host stayed in touch and was helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After we checked out, I realized I had left my hearing aids behind. The owner responded quickly, coordinated with housekeeping, and had them mailed back to me quickly. I truly appreciated the kindness and great communication. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was easy to find and the managers were easy to stay in touch with and the check in and check out was great!The location was perfect!! And the set up was ideal for going to a concert at the Roxy with my daughter and her friend!!!

My wife and I came to Atl for our 5th anniversary. This apartment was perfect! We could walk to the Battery and we saw a couple of Braves games. We will definitely stay again!

The apartment is decorated in a very cute way. That's the only positive. The electricity went out on my next to last day. No lights, no heat. I didn't know how to reach the host, because there's no contact information in the emailed instructions. I reached out to VRBO, and the customer service rep at VRBO could only email the host. As far as I know, the host never responded. I had to make other arrangements for my last night in Atlanta. I WILL be asking for a refund.

Thanksgiving 2024

We visited for Thanksgiving. The apartment is well appointed and clean. The bed is very comfortable. There was a temporary water pipe problem on the property so it was often cumbersome. All and all our stay was a successsuccessful.

Close to truist/ marrietta

We stayed here for ballgame tournament in East Cobb and surrounding areas and it worked out well. Was cheaper than hotel prices. Was close to the Battery/ Truist park (Braves) but we didn’t get a chance to enjoy that due to our own game schedule.

Best for Braves

The location could not have been better since we were there to see a Braves game. A short walk to the ball park was an easy one. The apartment had a good view of the little pond and made for a good spot for morning coffee. Everything was clean and neat.

Good spot for Braves games

Easy walk to and from the braves game and battery park. Get there early on game days as parking in the apartment complex seems to get really full. The complex has access gates, but they were not functioning when we were there. The apartment it self is clean and maintained.

Amazing

The property was so clean and smelled wonderful right when you walked in. Easy to connect to the WiFi and there is a walking path to the battery and the stadium. I would highly recommend staying here if going to a braves game. Check in was easy and was surprised with additional items like shampoo and body wash, iron and board. Not the we needed it but there was a pack n play there too! 100% was a 5 star stay.

Great value for visiting the Battery

My family of 4 (including 2 teens) has outgrown the traditional hotel room, so this apartment was a terrific place for us to stay while attending a Braves game and other events at The Battery. We chose this for the affordability of the location and were thrilled with the 5 minute walk to the Battery. We loved preparing quick meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and we all slept well spread out on the comfortable king bed, bed-height queen air mattress, and sofa. Also, the shower was hot with great water pressure! Given the busy community around us, the peaceful view of the lake and foliage while having morning coffee (Dunkin Donuts ground provided) was an added bonus and pleasant start to the day!

Condo was clean and appeared as in pictures. When we got there first night we noticed commode took several attempts to flush. The next day it would not flush even after plunging. We contacted host and he responded quickly and they sent maintenance man while we were out. He said it was fixed but continued to be a problem during our whole two nite stay. He came again that day while we were gone and said it was fixed. Shower took 30 minutes to drain last day so plumbing system had some major issue. Parking difficult at times. Easy walk to stadium but was dark in areas coming back from Braves game. Host very responsive but felt problem was fixed when it was not! Would never stay there again!

Close to the Battery

This apartment complex is walking distance to the Battery, which is great for a Braves fan. The apartment complex is large and there is no assigned parking so that can be a little tricky. The apartment itself is very clean and the couch is really comfortable. A lot of times the furniture can be hit or miss on comfort. There is a paved walkway close by that will take you to the Battery. However, on our second night someone had put a lock on the gateway leading to the Battery so we had to climb a sketch hill between two fences to get to the Battery. I did reach out to the owner and he was as surprised as we were. He was going to contact Management on Monday and find out what the deal was. Overall it was a fun weekend and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions.
