One Mile to downtown Mobile, 45 mins to Gulf Shores or Dauphin Island. This beautifully restored home is just the place for your next vacation. Enjoy some southern porch sitting with inside and outside swings. With brand new wooden countertops, historic living meets the modern upgrade. Working from home or just seeing the sights, this home enables all your Mobile adventures.

The space...
As you walk from the driveway to the rear gate, you will open and make your way to the first rear door, which is the main entrance. The Rear Entrance/ Main Entrance has a digital lock, punch in the 4 digit code, then press the key lock icon button, and then the door will open.

Entering the home, you'll see the front door and stairs leading you upstairs to the bedrooms. Enjoy a beautiful dinner in the dining room, or relax in the well-appointed living room equipped with smart TV and seating for your entire party!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
We require a signed rental agreement and for guests to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 per pet non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
