When you visit our rental you will have a private living room, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with stand up shower, and Master bedroom with a queen bed.
During Summer Months a portable AC is provided in the master bedroom!
This unit has a private driveway accessed from the ally!

My husband and I stayed here on the last leg of our 25 year wedding anniversary, hiking trip through the mountains of Colorado! Had a great stay! Very comfortable bed, cozy house, clean, beautifully decorated, close to town.

great stay

Very clean, perfect spot blocks from downtown, shopping, dining, music. Cute farmers market right down the street from the place, very nice. Would stay here again. Parking is private. Outside patio area private. Easy to check in and out, owner responsive and helpful. Thanks Dustin.

Great 50th Trip!

My twin and I came to Glenwood Springs by train to celebrate our 50th. This was the perfect place for us, not only with everything we needed. But in the best location. We could walk everywhere!! We would stay again. :)

Cozy, chill and location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was cute, had pretty much everything we needed. The bed and living areas were comfortable. Loved the little touches and updates. It was in walking distance to restaurants, there's a City Market and Target withing a 5-10 minute drive. The only things we didn't care for much was that the directions for parking were tricky and the alley/parking was tight for our Honda Pilot. And blinds or curtains in the kitchen would have been really nice. Overall, would totally stay again and refer freinds.

Great Time in Glenwood

Cute place, clean, simple. Just enough space for a couple on a getaway. Super close to downtown Glenwood. We walked everywhere.

amazing place to stay in downtown Glenwood Springs

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful house in downtown Glenwood Springs. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to downtown nightlife, easy walk to the Hot Springs, and a very nice walk to some local hikes. The house was very clean, comfortable, had a beautiful/modern design with lots of attention to detail. And the owner left great instructions and was easily reachable for any questions. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Glenwood Springs, CO. Highly recommended 10/10.

Great spot, just got hot

Cozy little spot in a great location. It was hot the day we checked in and the one little AC unit in the bedroom wasnt able to cool the place off very well.

Perfect, Cozy, Weekend Getaway

Spent our first long weekend in Glenwood Springs, and this was the perfect home base for 2 for the weekend! LOVE how this bungalow has been renovated - well done texture and finishes. Comfy queensize bed and nice bathroom and shower. Great little private patio outside to boot as the weather was perfect. Well appointed, coffe and creamer on hand to start each morning, and enough room to store the supplies we brought. The location was perfect for exploring downtown shops, restauratns and bars. Would give 10/10 and highly reccomend. Well done!

Cute, modern, & great location

We enjoyed our stay here! The unit had everything we needed and more, including aa washer/dryer, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, etc. There's also a really cute, private outdoor space.

Great location in Glenwood Springs

Went to Glenwood Springs for the weekend and this place was perfect. Super convenient location and within walking distance to the hot springs and many restaurants. The cottage was clean and had all the amenities you needed. It was warm in the house and took a while for the portable ac to cool things down. Other than that it was great and would stay here again.

My stay

They property was great! I arrived in town on the train around 9:00pm. A little hard to find the actual unit because the property did not have an address on the outside of building and no lighting back in the corner. Had to use the flashlight on my phone to see where I was going. Overall the place was great and in a fantastic location! Hope to stay here next year when I come back!
