The house was perfect for our stay, plenty of room, great backyard with pool and super close to my daughter's house. I wasn't really impressed with the cleanliness...there was a smell in the kitchen so I started looking around and found a tupperware in a cabinet with the cups/glasses that had some food with mold all over it, walking barefoot in the room I stayed in and kept stepping on 'things' which definitely would have been picked up by the vacuum, there were several hairs in the bath tub and I'm not sure the pool cleaning device that was in the pool was really working. Otherwise, there was plenty of towels (even pool towels), games, nice sized rooms and very nice decor, it was a comfortable place to stay.

Good Price Point for What It Is

This house is fairly priced for what it is. It’s centrally located, and offers a short commute to a lot of food, shopping, and entertainment options. If you are traveling on a budget, this wouldn’t be a terrible option for the price point. That being said, I wouldn’t recommend this listing. There aren’t any safety features in the home to secure the house up from the inside. When we arrived, the house wasn’t ready and we hadn’t received welcome instructions. When we got access, the property wasn’t secured. Dishes in the cabinets weren’t cleaned. The pool was dirty, and there are not any pool accessories offered. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. We really regretted picking this listing for our vacation.

The pool was so gross bird all over the yardSo did not get to use the pool disgusting! All cabinets in the house were all sticky! I was going there thinking I could barbecue us some nice steaks but grill was so disgusting dirty cheese hanging off of it. A brush laying out their grease underneath it this is no exaggeration. It was terrible

Great backyard!

My family highly enjoyed our time spent at this beautiful home. I would recommend it to anyone with kids that love to swim! The furniture isn’t really made for comfort but it’s expected in a family friendly rental with a pool. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing pool and backyard

Great place. Clean. Responsive owner. Loved the pool, loungers, hammock chairs. Appreciated inflatable mattress. Good access to saguaro national park West.

Great stay in the Tucson area

Great house. Clean. Nice back yard. Great un-heated pool. Owner very responsive. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Restaurants and shopping close by. Only negative was the comfort of the living and dining room furniture but would still do again.

Great Hideaway

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. A very nice backyard with swimming pool. Had a wonderful relaxed stay. I stayed for 10 days.

Return to Cozy Oasis

This property has all you need for a short or long stay. The backyard has all the amenities for a good time and there is plenty of space inside for a family. This is the 2nd time I have been at this property. Moved my daughter here in June/July and stayed several days with her and fiancés family and now this short visit before heading to another area near her venue for her wedding.

Family Weekend

We were in town to visit our daughter for family weekend at the University of Arizona. The home was really nice. It was about 20 minutes from campus. The backyard was beautiful. However, they didn’t have a lot of pots and pans. Some of the furniture was broken, worn or warped. It definitely needed updates.

Perfect for our needs

We traveled from WA state for a graduation. It was just perfect for what we needed. Clean, plenty of towels, great outdoor living and pool. The beds were comfy, the water was hot and plentiful as well. Lots of games to play and TV with all the TV options you’d want on vacation. We cooked all meals there as well. The pool cleaner did stop working mid way through the trip but it wasn’t terrible and I didn’t find any ‘directions’ or FAQ and A’s on site, which is my only suggestion.
