Maidstone Villa is a tastefully decorated, spacious home in the upscale resort-style community of ChampionsGate. This well-appointed 8BR/5BA vacation home is located just minutes from Disney and Universal. The villa was designed for kids of all ages to have fun, including a private theater room and state-of-the-art gameroom featuring projection XBOX games, two multi-arcade gaming tables, and a ping-pong table! Enjoy the outdoors in the private pool or spa while soaking in the Florida sun!

Maidstone Villa is located in an exclusive, gated resort community called The Retreat at ChampionsGate. This expansive vacation home boasts 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sleeps 18 guests, and is perfect for large groups and families. The two master bedrooms with private baths are located downstairs. The remaining six bedrooms and three baths are located upstairs. This activity-filled villa was designed for kids of all ages to have fun, including a private movie theater, foosball, and state-of-the-art game room featuring projection XBOX games, 2 two multi-arcade gaming tables, and a Barrington ping-pong table. Enjoy the outdoors in the private pool or spa while soaking in the Florida sun! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare and serve meals. Food not included! Our property has an onsite washer and dryer. You will need to bring your own detergent. We provide starter amounts of shampoo and hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher tabs and trash bags. If you plan to stay more than two days, you may want to shop for additional supplies. A Publix grocery store is conveniently located just a mile and a half from the property.

Oasis Clubhouse Maidstone Villa is nestled within an exclusive gated community, where guests will receive a one-of-a-kind QR code for seamless entry through the community gate.

Guests may park a maximum of two vehicles in the driveway. For additional parking, there is an overflow parking area located across the street, approximately 30 yards from the house.

Upon arrival at the villa, guests will enjoy hassle-free access through the keyless entry system on the front door.

As an added bonus, guests can take full advantage of complimentary access to all the resort amenities available at The Oasis Clubhouse.
