The private pool and patio furniture is typically open from mid-May through mid-October. The hot tub is available for guest use from May through November . Availability is weather permitting. Weather Considerations: During inclement weather seasons, some outdoor amenities such as patio furniture and the grill may be stored and unavailable for use to protect them from the elements. The home is in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10pm.
