Spend your days exploring downtown Sparks, Reno or Lake Tahoe and your evenings with the beautiful sunsets at the Marina. Enjoy the local events or bring whatever floats your boat (paddle boards, kayaks, rafts, canoes, paddle boats, etc.~ some rentals are available at the marina).

This large 2500 sq ft home with the private dock and water access is not only in the perfect location, but inside you'll find a mixture of tile, hardwood flooring, and plenty of windows bringing in wonderful sunshine. The living room is the perfect place to relax on the comfy couches, enjoy the fireplace and stream movies or binge watch your favorite shows. For the chef in the house, the kitchen is a dream with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and double ovens. You'll love all the amenities that make cooking for friends and family a pleasure. Each bedroom has its own wow factor to ensure a great stay and plenty of rest after your many adventures.
