Feel at home and enjoy your stay in Amarillo at this centrally-located, updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath that has an attached 1 car garage! This home is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and hospitals with quick access to I-40. The fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill on the patio are perfect for those who enjoy cooking. You also have your pick of top restaurants just minutes away along 1-40. This home is perfectly suited for long term stays and hospital workers.
We highly recommend that you purchase travelers insurance for other unforeseen situations.
RENTAL RULES
Guests will be responsible for all damage to the property or furnishings; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
Smoking is allowed outside only. There is NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. Please dispose of cigarettes and trash in the trash can.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Pets are not allowed.
Water and Sewage: The property is on city water. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages equal to the repair.
Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner or designated repair/maintenance person access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
