PET FRIENDLY! This charming two bedroom, one bath cottage offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with lots of natural light and a well-designed floor plan. As you enter the cottage, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room that features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of cabinet space. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, providing comfortable sleeping quarters for up to six people. The bathroom has been tastefully designed with modern fixtures and finishes, and features a walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage for your use. In addition, the home includes a cozy front porch area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening adult beverage. Situated in a desirable location, just 13 miles south to the beautiful white-sand beaches of South Walton, this cottage is conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment options. Use of Riverwalk Landing clubhouse, pool and all amenities included. With its thoughtful amenities and prime location, this cottage offers a truly exceptional vacation experience. PET FEE = $125; maximum of two pets

When we first arrived we were told we didnt have a reservation. We had went thru VRBO and the property manager Rani said they have been having problems with VRBO. Once we got in it was nice and quiet. Good location and close to the beaches but far enough away from the business that you can relax.

The cottage was clean and in a great location for our needs visiting family for Thanksgiving in the Freeport area. The beds were comfortable. There are only 2 parking spaces and additional parking is $10 per day. We would have liked to know prior to arrival that some items (4 towels total, and 4 coffee cups) were only provided for 4 people even though the cottage sleeps 6.

I stayed here for a little over two months while working here over the summer. I have no complaints at all! Staff was very friendly, the inside was more cute than even expected and clean! It was the perfect little home for my friend and I over the summer. We loved all the amenities such as the pickleball court, pool, and gym! Would definitely recommend! Great communication with staff!
Perfect place to eat dinner and hangout!

Fantastic stay

We stayed for a week and a half and this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Brand new, in a community that is starting out so not yet full. The cottage is very nice with new appliances and in a great location for heading to Destin or Panama City Beach. The property manager is wonderful to work with, she answered questions promptly and was nice to visit with. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to a cottage if we get a chance.

Just what we needed

We sold our SRB house and needed a place to stay for about 45 days while we waited for our new house to finish building. The communication with Dawn, the property manager, was excellent. She was very responsive, polite and professional. The cottage was very nice, clean and filled with all of the necessities for our stay. Highly recommend these cottages!!
