Game room, hot tub, 20 min to SF, beach 1 block away

Our beach condo is the ultimate family-friendly spot. For the adults, a hot tub. For the kids, a decked out game room with pop-a-shot, arcade games and Mario Kart. There's 200+ mbps internet, a giant 77 inch TV and a workspace. There are premium Helix mattresses and heated toilet seat. You can hear the ocean!

It's walking distance to the beach, breweries, an 18-hole golf course and gorgeous coastal hiking. And it's just 20 minutes from downtown SF and 15 minutes to SFO airport.
The space
You'll go through a yellow gate and either go into the condo or go to the private backyard with a hot tub and lounge seating.

In the living room, there's a giant 77 inch smart TV with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime video. There is a trundle bed in the living room with two twin beds. Kitchen and dining area are outfitted with everything you need to make a great meal. There's also a dedicated workspace.

Off the living room, there's a game room with pop-a-shot, the Simpsons arcade game, a Wii and tons of toys. Free laundry is there too.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size luxury Helix mattress and one with a queen luxury Helix mattress and a twin XL trundle bed.

The bathroom has a tub and heated toilet seat.

There is free parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Street parking is free and easy.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo and private backyard.
Other things to note
No parties and the group must be quiet after 10 PM inside and outside. Guests cannot bring more than the specified number of people. We live nearby and have picky neighbors so we thank you for your understanding :)
