Birthday Getaway

This house was a great location for my birthday trip. Plenty of space to spread out with friends and family to celebrate. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, perfect for a relaxing trip.

Family Reunion

It's the little things that make all the difference. From the bottled water in the refrigerator when we arrived to the soap in every bathroom and pool towels by the back door. This house felt like a home away from home from the moment we walked in. It was the perfect option for our group while visiting with family in this part of Florida. Thank you Liliya for your attention to detail. It made our stay enjoyable.

2025 Spring Training Trip

Neighborhood was very nice with well maintained homes. Our rental was perfect for ages 8-76. Kids loved pool and pool table. House was well stocked with all of our needs met. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a perfect peace and quiet place for home

The property owner is comforting. Bed sheets are clean but can use a bit softener for a better sleep. The access through the back door is easier, the front door access is a bit out of place. There’s plenty of kitchen utensils, knives, spoons, pots and pans, cups and glasses are all up to date, generous enough worth enough to stay here.

In-town Family Reunion

The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals. The pool was clean and the back patio was the hangout spot. The bedrooms had tvs for teenagers to play games. I highly recommend this place.

Great Thanksgiving

We really loved our stay at Shady Oaks. The house is beautiful, had plenty of seating and a fully stocked kitchen. We were able to cook and enjoy a family Thanksgiving with no issues! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated as everything else! We felt right at home. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the older kids loved the pool table. We will definitely choose Shady Oaks next time we are in the area!!

Great adult getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the home! The pool was lovely along with the sitting area outside! The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and make meals! The host, Lilyia was wonderful to work with. Each bedroom was nicely decorated! Quality TV’s in common areas. Centrally located to many shops and restaurants!

Great Stay

Nice and clean neighborhood. Having to always enter the front door was a little annoying because parking was in rear of the house. Great size house for family of 8. Excellent choice!

Great location in quiet community.

This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Plenty of room for two families. Host was amazing. Answered any questions we had very promptly. Was very helpful when our flight home got canceled. Would definitely recommend to anyone heading to the Tampa area.

Wonderful Vacation

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home, while we were in town for a family wedding. We appreciated the very timely communication before our arrival and during our stay. It was comforting to book with a host who understood travelling with a 3 month old and two year old, so they had the sleeping okay-yards all ready for our arrival. The home was perfectly clean and very toddler friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing pool and all of the pool toys to keep our toddler entertained.The kitchen and BBQ were nicely equipped and bedrooms very comfortable. Thank you again!

Great spot to see Tampa & surrounds from.

Loved the home. Great layout. Very high end appliances in kitchen. Only issue was one of the beds was very weak and owner has already ordered a new one. Very responsive owners as well. Pool was awesome and had heater for the first couple chilly nights. 9.9 out of ten for us.

Great Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

After a lot of research, we are so glad we decided on this wonderful VRBO. It is set in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful greenery. We felt very comfortable with plenty of clean uncluttered space, parking and amenities. The bedding is very comfortable. There are several TVs-even in the pool area and 2 bedrooms! The pool was perfect and we really appreciated having 3 1/2 bathrooms. It was a pleasure to communicate with the host Lilya- We all loved Lilya's home and had a great time!!!

Nice Place

This place was in very good condition. Everything was clean. All appliances, cookware, silverware, linens, toilet paper etc were in place. Neatly arranged. Only issue was the Swimming pool temperature. The water was hot. I would suggest not to heat the pool. It causes the Chlorine to evaporate and cause algae. That was we saw. However, Liliana send the pool maintenance right away. We would stay that again. Thank you.

Feels like Home

From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. The house was clean, nicely decorated and furnished with everything we needed. Kitchen was spacious and we loved the gas stove top to cook on as well as the roominess of having more than one person helping in the kitchen. It was so nice to have multiple living areas where kids and adults could spread out and enjoy different activities as well as room enough to all be together. The pool and sitting area outside were heavenly , clean and well maintained. We loved having the showering off station outside and the restroom just off the pool. Places to hang towels outside was also a nice addition as were toys to play with while in the pool. We adults enjoyed being able to talk , swim and watch kids whether we were in the pool or sitting close by on outdoor furniture. The Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. You could tell by all the amenities and little things like games for kids and adults , swimming towels and toys etc that the owners really thought through all the details to make this a wonderful getaway home ! The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained and so close to where we could access anything we needed from gas stations to grocery stores to freeway or restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and so kind. We hated to leave and would love to stay at this home again ! A perfect 10!!!

The house is beautiful! Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were immediately responsive. Kitchen was fully stocked, pool was clean and the outside bathroom is a great addition! Only downside was that the lawn was overgrown and the playser outside couldn’t be used because the sandspurs were everywhere. Overall great stay!
