Beautiful Home for the Whole Family! Prime location for experiencing Buffalo!

Four bedroom, two bathroom home nestled on a quiet street in the heart of Buffalo, just seconds (literally) from the restaurants and shops of Elmwood Ave and minutes from the rest of the city. The space was designed specifically to cater to your needs as a guest with convenient features such as smart locks on the front and back doors for easy access, off street parking, new cozy mattresses, new extra large second floor laundry machines, fast wifi, roku smart TVs, and much more!

The Home:
As you enter the house through the front door, you'll be greeted with an original oak grand staircase and stained glass window.
If entering through the back door, you’ll first see the newly remodeled kitchen which includes gorgeous walnut butcher block countertops. The kitchen has been designed to have all of the essentials you need. This includes a 4 burner gas stove/oven, an additional wall oven, microwave, keurig, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.

The living room boasts a massive space to kick back, relax and watch your favorite shows or sporting events (Go Bills!). Enjoy the 60 inch 4K smart TV equipped with Apple Airplay and Roku so you can watch anything your heart desires. Feel free to sign in to any streaming platform with your personal account with the intuitive Roku guest feature (just be sure to set an expiration date!).

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms feature a new memory foam beds that will make it feel like you’re sleeping in your own bed at home.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a large 50 inch 4K smart TV equipped with Roku so you can unwind with your favorite feel good show. Sit and enjoy the bay window overlooking the neighborhood.
Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and a makeup/work desk so you can get ready for the day in the comfort of your own room. The desk is equipped with a makeup mirror with LED lights.
Bedroom #3 and # 4 feature a queen and full bed, respectively, as well as one folding cot in each closet.

Bathrooms:
There are 2 full bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.
The newly remodeled first floor bathroom has a striking floor to ceiling tile shower with sliding glass door and heated floor. The floor will automatically turn on and off during the morning and evening when you are most likely to use it. Perfect for those cold winter days!

Laundry Room:
Features new huge washer and dryer. Conveniently located on the second floor directly across from the bedrooms.

Outside:
Enjoy the porch seating. You’ll be surprised how peaceful and quiet it will feel while you’re in the heart of the city!

Other Important Things to Note:
-Pack 'n Play: We offer 2 Pack 'n Play rentals for a flat fee of $50 for 1 or $75 for 2 for the duration of your stay.

-2nd High Chair: We always keep 1 high chair available for use in the dining room. We offer a 2nd one to rent for $25 for the duration of your stay.

-If you are interested in any of these, please let us know ahead of time so we can have it set up for when you arrive.

Parking:
-4 off street parking spots are available for mid sized SUVs to smaller vehicles ( 2 covered and 2 uncovered). It is important to note, LARGE SUVS AND TRUCKS WILL NOT FIT IN THE DRIVEWAY due to the narrowness of the driveway leading back to the parking spots. If you have one of these vehicles, please park on the street.
-We share the entrance portion of the driveway with our neighbor. As you pull up to the back of the house be sure to park only in the designated parking spots to the left or in the garage to avoid blocking our neighbors in.
-Street parking is always available, just be mindful of the parking signs to avoid getting a ticket!

Winter:
-As I'm sure you understand, winters in Buffalo can be unpredictable in terms of snow/ice. We do our best to coordinate with local companies to ensure the driveway and walking areas are free of snow and salted, however there may be times when this is not possible (in cases of blizzards or rapid snow fall). These occurrences will be rare, but if this is a concern, please reach out to us and we can help guide you.
-We do provide shovels and salt for you to use if you wish but certainly do not expect you to need to use them.
-We highly recommend you park your vehicles in the 2 garage spots in the winter so that we have easier access for snow removal.
