Ryan is a great host! We were here for my son’s graduation at Fort Jackson and the location is perfect! Just less than 8 minutes away, a Starbucks on the way, and convenient as there is a Kroger, Walmart and Target all in the surrounding location! The place was clean, amenities were as described, and for a week of going back and forth for visits with finally some time with our son off base, he was so grateful to have a nice, comfortable and beautiful surrounding place to stay before his next journey! This place is a gem with easy access, and minimal exit to close up at the end of your stay. If we return to SC again this will be my 1st choice of stay! Thanks Ryan for a week of rest, family time and checking in with us!

We stayed for our kid's soccer tournament & the house is perfectly situated right in the center of town, very convenient amenities in all directions with lots of eateries in the immediate area. We recommend just using the owners provided list of restaurants, every one we ate at was spot on. We checked in at night & so it was a little difficult to find because it was so dark (even with GPS), but that wouldn't deter us from staying there again, a light on the number would've been nice. My wife was thoroughly impressed with how cozy & how clean this place was. Our only complaint I guess would be the couches were a tad bit uncomfortable, they seemed to lean you forward. But this is a minor dig because we didn't spend long on them, it was just noticed by everyone there so I felt it should be annotated. Again, would the couches deter us from staying here again, absolutely NOT. These are just minor fixes to an already nice place & a well communicative owner who was beyond pleasant to deal with. We will be booking this time next year. 5/5

Truly cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Easy 11 minute drive to Fort Jackson to see our grandson graduate from basic training. Host Ryan was/is quick to reply and also provided excellent suggestions for other activities/dining around the area. Will stay again should we have a reason to.

This house is a little hidden gem!!!! It is beautiful. You can tell Ryan puts his touch on the place by adding and leaving items for the guests!!! I use VRBO quite a bit and these personal touches were above and beyond others I have stayed at. Thank you Ryan for the excellent communication skills and sharing your lil gem!!!!!

Accurate and easy checkin and place was newly finished and very clean. Beautiful kitchen with Keurig machine. Well apportioned and very comfortable! Beautiful historic neighborhood. Will stay again.

USC Orientation

We lived the property. Its proximity to the middle of USC campus was great! Super clean, well kept, fans in bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very nice place, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location and very clean

Biggest thing for me coming down to Columbia is the location. I want my family to feel safe. This house is in a great location! It’s also very clean and updated. Check in and out went as planned. Great food recommendations as well!

A Truly Lovely Home

A friend and I were visiting Columbia and the surrounding area, including Congaree National Park, for a few days in late April. We stayed at Ryan's home and found it matched the listing on the site very well. It is clean, pretty, comfortable, and has all the amenities listed (thanks for having both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, we used both!). The neighborhood is lovely, and the home is conveniently located to the National Park (about a 30 minute drive) and to much of the city. Ryan gave us some great restaurant recommendations, and we fully enjoyed our stay.The only recommendation we had concerned the tub/shower combo. As two ladies over 65, we felt a little bit insecure stepping into the tub with no bathmat and no grab bars. We are still steady on our feet, but others might not be -- and Ryan is too nice a host to have someone fall on his watch.

High School get together

Place was clean, in a nice neighborhood, comfortable and perfect for our get together. Needs a new can opener…we left the broken one on counter. But Ryan was awesome, gave us restaurant suggestions and things to do. Thanks for being a great host Ryan.
