Relax in our cozy condo, walking distance to Clubhouse and Lake. Situated within the gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village. Only a 10-minute drive to Hwy 76, 20-minute drive to Silver Dollar City and 5-minute drive to Tablerock Lake.

Wonderful location. It’s a little off the strip but that is part of its charm. While it was a condo on a golf course, it didn’t feel that way. Security to the property was top notch and knowing that those that supposed to be there are.My only complaint was that I prefer a firm mattress, the bed was not. That’s a personal preference not a negative against the property. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice. The condo was spacious. The pool are exceptional. The only complaint was the TVs were not Smart TVs. Overall a nice place to stay.

Nice, quiet gated neighborhood

Nice centralized location and kids had a great time at the pool. Property was very clean and communication was great with property management. Would stay again.

Nice but dated

The kitchen faucet had no water pressure, and the water trickled out, not to mention that the kitchen faucet leaked water at the base. The master bathroom toilet flushed slowly and filled slowly. The entryway carpet needs to be cleaned, had spots on it. The kitchen is dated needs to be remodeled. The screened in porch was nice. The bed in the master bedroom is way too soft and you sink in.

This was a great condo!

The location was great close to the strip and SDC. The check in was easy and I didn’t need to communicate with any one. I received a check in email and everything was perfect and accurate on that email. We had everything we needed and instructions in a small laminated book in the condo. I appreciated that. I cook on vacation so having a stocked kitchen is extremely important. There were many appliances, dishes, silverware, cooking, utensils, and everything you would need to be able to cook whatever you needed for your family. I would definitely stay here again we stayed five nights and we had plenty of supplies for the duration of the day.

Comfortable stay with family

We were in Branson for a small baby shower which we held at the condo (8 of us). Didn't see much of Branson but had a lot of family time and visiting. I would definitely stay here again when the baby comes!

Nice Location

Property and condo in general were clean. Living room was comfortable. Screened in porch with ceiling fan was nice. Freezer was not clean. Ice maker did not work. Only ice tray in freezer was broken. A/C unit rattled while running. Second bedroom had stand fan instead of ceiling fan. Stand fan was broken.

Nice place to stay

The neighborhood is well manicured and properly kept. My wife loved all of the differnt plants the landscapers used. The location of condo is close to the pool, fitness center, and golf clubhouse. River access is just one road down from this condo. If youre not used to walking up or down steep hills, I would recomend driving. Getting to the strip is about 5 minutes or so away. You're close enough to everything and far enough that traffic shouldn't be an issue. I personally would recommend a new mattress in the master bed room, but im also a mattress snob. The back porch is screened in and very comfortable. The landscaping building is right down from the condo so you may see/hear the employees going by on side by sides in the morning but we understand the necessity and encourage the continious work they do. My wife and I are also vacation rental owners so we understand the work that goes into it and that may make us more picky towards other places we stayas well. With that being said, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
