The Villa

With multiple sleeping options in our home, all of your guests will plenty of space to spread out and relax. The primary suite features a private bath and king bed on the oceanfront. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and partial ocean view, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for even more space. A ll bedrooms have flat screen TVs, so you can watch your favorite shows!

Our Emerald Cove condo is located in the southern end of North Myrtle Beach, so you have a true central location with all Myrtle Beach attractions just to your south and North Myrtle Beach attractions just to your north. Spend less time in the car and more time having fun! Our guests love having Barefoot Landing nearby - which offers new and fun waterfront restaurants, the House of Blues and Alabama Theater for concerts, and dozens of outdoor boutiques to browse. Tanger Outlets is around 5 minutes away, where you can shop til you drop in style.



North Myrtle Fun: Visit iconic Main Street about 10 minutes to your north, which has multiple live music venues, restaurants, beach bars, boutiques, an ice cream parlor, and arcades. They also host festivals and parades throughout the year! It is perfect for a fun evening after a day at the beach.



Golf Lovers Delight: There are also 3 world-class golf courses located in Barefoot Resort - the Norman, Love, and Fazio courses, as well as a driving range with a local's favorite pub on site. Dozens more golf courses are also within a short drive, so you can play a different course every day!

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the first floor.

*Pool and hot tub are closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*No grills on property.

*Washer/dryer located in the unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
