The Sea Willow : A Charming Gulf Coast Cottage

Entire charming 2 bed, 1 bath cottage that sleeps 6. Located just 2 minutes off of the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast in Gulfport.

We are close to clean, public beaches, shopping, casinos & more making it a great option for any occasion.

We love our city and can’t wait for you to experience the same.

Bedrooms feature queen beds and 32” Roku TVs. Master bedroom closet is private but 2nd room has a closet available.

The living room features a 50” Roku tv as well as a sleeper couch.

Laundry is available on site. Laundry soap pods and dryer sheets provided with each stay.

The bathroom is a shower/tub combo. Shampoo, conditioner and body was provided.

Additional parking is available beyond the concrete driveway for trucks or trailers.

A security camera is located on the front porch facing the main entrance

Maximum stay is 14 days. Reservations exceeding this will be cancelled.

Check-in instructions will be sent through VRBO the day of your reservation.

Max overnight guests are 6. Each additional person is $100 per night.

Pets are allowed and are $100 per stay.

We had to leave within 10 minutes of arriving. The beds were slept in, there was dirty laundry still in the washing machine, one bed had a huge stain on the mattress cover, the pull out couch had a lot of dirt and grime all over it, the bath tub had dirt and grime in the bottom, and we found THREE roaches almost as soon as we walked in, in various places throughout the house. When we notified the host about these issues she asked if she could send someone the next day to clean it, which meant we would have had to clean everything ourselves just to go to bed that night. The location was also not in a great part of town. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with Vrbo. The host did immediately refund us, but unfortunately there were no other Vrbo listings available on the site so we had to scramble and find a place late at night in a town we knew nothing about.

I would book it again

The property was clean and everything was in working order, the location was only a few blocks from the beach, the neighborhood it’s in is a little rough but it didn’t bother us,the owner was kind to me in all communication with me. We would absolutely book again

Great Place

We came to enjoy cruise the coast, and the house accommodated us well. It was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. A little drive to get to the beach, but you could walk if you wanted to. Property manager was very nice and happy to answer any questions. We would stay again!

The Sea Willow was a lovely, clean cottage in a quiet Gulfport neighborhood, just as advertised. The Owner/Host was very friendly and communicative / responsive (we couldn’t figure out the thermostat). Check-in & out were easy. Proximity to restaurants, entertainment, museums, concerts, historical markers, etc. could not have been much more convenient. We enjoyed THE most comfortable beds!! Will absolutely ask to stay here again when visiting the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Fine for one night

Overall our stay was fine for just one night. Had I realized the location of the property I would have booked elsewhere, we didn’t feel the safest in this particular neighborhood. While the property appeared clean from the photos it could use some better cleaning services. The pullout couch was used on our stay and was in less than satisfactory condition: had a giant stain on bottom of mattress, was full of dirt/grit upon opening and felt like it might fold up on the guests sleeping on it. For one night it worked for what we needed and I do think the host was very easy and sweet to communicate with. She responded within minutes any time I messaged with questions. The property is nicely decorated and cute just needs a little more attention to detail during cleanings.

Damage is not true not honest

They are claiming we took or broke a vase that is completely not true they did not even have a broom in the house to sweep the floors and the floors had not been swept or rugs shook before we stayed very limited supplies were provided for us

Hi Patricia, I am disappointed that this was your experience with us. Having said that, after every stay, our property management thoroughly looks over the property for any damage. Upon doing so, it was found that the vase was damaged during the stay. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience. Also, the rugs are brand new. You are our second guest. I’m not sure how much cleaner we could’ve made them for your stay. Thank you, Audrey
