Welcome to No Agenda, located in Seabrook, Texas. Galveston Bay’s best kept secret. Built March 2023, professionally decorated and designed to meet all of your expectations. Minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk, NASA, Greatwolf lodge, Ellington Field, and the Texas Flight Museum. Plus, many great restaurants parks and attractions for all. Great fishing all around!

This 3 bd 2 bath modern bay house has beautiful water views, (Outdoor bug system), and provides fabulous outdoor dining, entertainment and family fun. Nearby Hester Garden Park (1 mile) provide miles of walking trails, bird watching, public swimming pools, basketball and skate ramps. 30 minutes to the historic strand in Galveston and 35 minutes to Downtown Houston. Checkin 4:00p.m checkout 10:00 a.m, early in/out generally accepted dependant on same day checkin/checkouts

The host was responsive. The house was in a great location, was beautiful, had all supplies we needed, and some extras that made the stay extra fun. It was clean and super comfortable. Perfect fit for two families that included two kiddos for a holiday get together.

This place is a dream. We stayed here for our son’s appointments at MD Anderson. The view was amazing and the home was so well stocked, clean, modern, well decorated, and comfortable. The owner’s communication was a 10! We will be booking again for our next stay.

Everything was well thought out and provided, to include a easy to use thermostat, and a small fan, extra linen and towels, games, a well-equipped kitchen, extra pillows, comfortable beds, garbage bags, etc. The host were easy to reach and in a timely manner. My parents and my husband and I really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Amazing Stay and Host

Everything about the property is amazing. They have thought of all the details - including bug misters so you can really enjoy the outdoor spaces. Layout is wonderful, design is thoughtful and welcoming, stylish without being stuffy. The location is awesome with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. You will not be disappointed!

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean. The layout really worked for us, we especially enjoyed the front porch & the water views. Watching the Kemah Boardwalk fireworks from our own balcony was a special treat!

Great views, great time

The property was just as beautiful, clean, and functional as the listing implied. We really enjoyed having our coffee on the spacious deck in the mornings watching the sunrise over the bay, and we enjoyed our adult beverages in that same spot in the evenings. The views from the living room, kitchen, and deck were definitely the highlight of the house, but everything was just as advertised.The couple with which we traveled were wary of rental houses, but this experience really won them over.Communication was great with the hosts. We hit several of the recommended restaurants, and the location was convenient to everything we needed.

Beautiful and cozy property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Scott was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Property was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Little areas for improvement would be to add some snack plates, small bowls and few more small and medium size pots for cooking. Overall amazing place. I would surely recommend staying here.

Stylish, Serene Sanctuary in Seabrook

We loved our stay at the stylish, serene “No Agenda” sanctuary in Seabrook. Scott and his family were absolutely wonderful hosts and made our experience truly memorable. The front patio was the morning highlight, offering the perfect spot to enjoy sunrises along with our coffee, hot tea, and devotional time.The property was extremely clean and tastefully decorated, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. We especially appreciated the large master shower, smart TVs, extra towels, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. There was even a fun corn hole game to enjoy during our downtime. At the time of our review, we also had the pleasure of a nice water view.Traveling around Seabrook was a breeze with the top-of-the-line golf cart available for rent. Although there was an additional fee, it was well worth it as we used it to explore scenic walking trails and various local dining spots. We enjoyed breakfast at “Waffle & Co”, brunch at “The Backyard”, indulged in fried pies and a Monte Cristo sandwich at “Damn Fine”, and capped off our day with a delightful dinner at Merlion.We highly recommend this peaceful getaway for anyone seeking comfort, style, and a taste of local charm.

Just book it!

Don’t hesitate at all to book this property. It’s beautifully decorated, well maintained, well stocked, super clean and comfortable. You can’t ask for more than that in a rental. We enjoyed our short visit. Merlion was a fantastic recommendation for dinner and it’s so close. Sitting on the deck drinking coffee and watching the sun rise in the morning was so relaxing. We’ll definitely book No Agenda again if we are ever in the area.

Our first time renting a home….

And it was amazing! Beautiful home, everything is new from flooring to appliances. Everyone took turns in the master rain shower! The beds were super comfortable, even the bunk beds. Steve was very easy to get in touch with and responsive. They were wonderful hosts. We will go back.

Scott is an amazing host. we rented the golf cart, well worth it. Golf cart very fancy, we loved riding around and taking pictures. Very relaxing, clean rental. This is the second time we have stayed and will definitely going back.

Don’t hesitate - you’ll be glad you booked this home. It is absolutely perfect, and exceeds all expectations. Perfectly equipped, beautifully decorated, so clean it looks and feels brand new, and so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Incredibly kind and responsive hosts, who went well out of their way to ensure clear communication and great local recommendations. We are anxious to return, hopefully for a longer stretch next time.

Simply Wonderful

Had a pleasant quick weekend getaway with friends for my birthday. This home was immaculate, beautifully decorated and at a great distance to restaruants, the kemah boardwalk and activities. The home is furnished with so many things. We brought items from home we didn’t even need. The owners were great communicators. They even surprised me with a large birthday cookie upon arrival! Look no further the No Agenda home is where you need to be!

A Relaxing Birthday

My experience with this rental was wonderful from beginning to end. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond when they found out it was my birthday by gifting me with a bottle of mimosas and a birthday balloon. It was such a touching gesture. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. All instructions were easy to understand. Light switches labeled for ease. The house is just down the road from some of my favorite restaurants. I spent an entire day on the porch reading a book from cover to cover, listening to the water lap on the bay and enjoying the cool breeze. It was just what I needed to relax and reset my mind. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to pamper themselves.

Perfect getaway!

Host was amazing very communicative suggested surrounding restaurants and what to eat from each restaurant. House very clean and luxurious, atmosphere very therapeutic. Drank coffee and ate breakfast outside in the mornings after vet seeing the water and pelicans. Definitely will go back 10/10

Wonderful Vacation & Beautiful Home

We stayed in March 2023, and this home is beautiful and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed how close it was to everything, and watching the sunrise over the bay was terrific. The house was spacious for our family, and we loved the patio and sitting space below. I highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Seabrook!

Nice new home on the bay and lake!

We really enjoyed our stay- loved all the decor and furnishings. My favorite place was the front porch in the morning and the swings and cornhole downstairs. The owner is very responsive and helpful to questions. Kitchen has everything you would need. Master bed is very cushy! We will try to come back!

No Agenda has a modern vibe with a mediterranean flare to its decor. The sunrises are spectacular and the moon glistening off the bay is beautiful. Our patio is extra-large and seats plenty comfortably for evening cocktails. Additionally, our bug spray systems keeps pesty insects away.
