Relax with the whole family and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that rural Chuluota offers. Enjoy the complimentary coffee/tea bar to get the day started off right. Whether visiting one of the many nature trails available nearby, or visiting popular destinations such as U.C.F- Go Knights! (approx. 15 minutes), Universal Studios (approx. 40 minutes), Disney (approx. 50 minutes), or Daytona Beach (approx. 60 minutes), there is something for everyone to enjoy!

We were visiting Family in Oviedo so the location of this house was perfect for us! We loved the decor and amenities here and ease of communication with the owner.

We visited for family weekend at UCF. The property is nice and very clean and is located 15 to 20 minutes from campus. There is a Publix close by as well. The host was great with communication. We will be looking to stay again next time we are in town.

A very pleasant stay

We came from Minnesota for my sisters funeral, and the family's home was over capacity 3 minutes away, and this was perfect for us, everything was well marked, and very clean, we would definitely stay again.Thank you again.

We enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean and in great condition. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street so traffic is minimal. I would definitely recommend

Weekend Home

We stayed for the weekend of our daughter’s graduation from UCF. This was the perfect place just far enough from campus to avoid the craziness and crowd and spend time together. Cozy and comfortable - and my husband LOVED that everything was labeled! We will definitely stay again if we need a weekend place to stay!

Great Home

The house was so nice and beautiful, exactly how it was described. We used it to hang out for a lot of our friends were out of town in Orlando, who live in the area. It’s in a nice area town, where there’s not a lot of people made to feel more homey

The house was just as advertised. We were in town to visit family who live nearby so we were not at the house very much. It was clean and comfortable. Since we weren’t there a lot, we didn’t need much. I did notice that they had just about anything you might need or want. A extra touch is that everything is labeled so we didn’t have to try each light switch hoping we were turning on the correct light or fan. Nor did we need to open every cabinet to find what we needed. Our host was fantastic! We had an issue and I had to contact her. She responded immediately and was very helpful and pleasant. She was easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect for my needs

Was in town for a drag race and it was super convenient for that. Clean and as described. My only recommendation goes for ever where I stay that’s not my house is people deserve 2 ply toilet paper and a detachable shower head. Would definitely stay again.

Work house

Very nice place. Very clean and very nice inside. Only thing is the neighbors across the street park in the driveway of the house you’re staying at and they block the road. They park on both sides of the street. You aren’t told about it till you rent the house. Half the driveway is for the neighbors. Other than that, it was great staying there. Would definitely stay again.

Hi, Amanda! I’m sorry if the neighbors parking on the side of the road was a disturbance. The driveway was unblocked (on the left side) at all times- with enough space to park up to 4 cars. Once you notified me that it was an issue, I made sure that they did not block the other side of the driveway at all (which is big enough to park a truck w/ trailer)- for the remainder of your stay. Home away from home

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 kids and loved it. The covered and screened patio was wonderful for being outside but not having to worry about the bugs or weather. The kitchen is beautiful and having laundry readily available was clutch for our young kids because they are always messy. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and mugs were great for us as parents. Beds were also very comfortable. King size in one room, a queen/full in one room and 2 twin beds in another worked beautifully for our situation. No master suite but 2 bathrooms, plenty of towels and soap. Great quiet neighborhood, adorable black cat that hangs out in the front drive. Publix just minutes away. Pricilla herself was so kind and accommodating, also very easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had.
