Celebrated a birthday with friends and we all had a great time. The place is very nice and the patio is super pretty. Host was super quick to respond and very kind.

This home worked great for our weekend family trip. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. We especially liked the back deck area where we enjoyed playing games.

Okay for a short stay

Check in was easy no issues. Good communication throughout the stay. Home was clean and had the amenities listed. Those looking to stay here should know this is an older home located on the corner of a fairly busy street so there is traffic noise throughout the night.

Charming and well worth the price!

This well kept home in this charming and historic part of Spokane was more than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. It is much larger than it seems. We had 3 adults, 4 teenage boys (13-14) and a pup, in town for our grandsons state basketball championship. The interior is modern and has all the features you need. The kids loved the vintage Nintendo and it brought back memories for my husband and I. Close to the games we were attending. Would love to stay here in the spring or summer when we could enjoy the the deck and charming backyard.more.

Beautiful home

This property is beautifully equipped and perfect for us as we had our small dogs with us. The house is decorated very nicely, the sofa is quite comfy as are the beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with a coffee pot, toaster and even an air fryer. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. One of the best homes we've rented so far!

Garland Charmer charms

The location was everything described - easy to find, big enough for our people (coming in from three directions), and walking distance to the lovely Garland business area. Nice fenced back yard. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Immaculate all around. Good communications with the host.

YEARLY SPOKANE FALL TRIP

The VRBO was very nice & clean. Proximity was close to alot of cute shops, restaurants and breweries. Nice fenced backyard with firepit & cornhole. Hosts were wonderful. Perfect location. We will be back!

Our Favorite Stay!

What a great property!!! One of the most well appointed VRBOs in which we have stayed. Clean, comfortable, well labeled (simply) and lots of room! Perfect central location for getting to all of the places we needed to on this trip. Plus great places to eat within walking distance. They were super helpful when one of our party ended up arriving early. All in all highly recommend this property and these hosts!!!

Great stay!

Home was exactly what it said in the listing. Location was great with many great restaurants and shops in walking distance, it was hot out and the AC worked great. Back deck and yard were perfect in the evening and the fully fenced yard was great for our two smaller dogs. We'll stay here again!

We are close to everything. Whether it's the sporting arenas you are going to participate in or maybe you are one of the 50,000 runners participating in the Bloomsday fun run. There is also the largest 3 on 3 basketball tournament Hoopfest. We are in a great location for it all.

Located in the Historic Garland district where the famous Fergusons Fountain Cafe is located where Benny and Joon and Vision Quest were filmed and iconic Mary Lou's Milk Bottle where you can go get some amazing ice cream or classic diner fare.
