Welcome to our cozy cottage convenient to the summit shopping center and all that Birmingham has to offer! This 3 bedroom/2 bath house is close to Crestline Bagel, Leaf & Petal, Cala Coffee, and only a 5 min drive to The Summit Shopping and Restaurants. It offers a very large master suite with a king size bed and sitting area, 2 guest rooms (1 queen and 1 full bed), 2 dining areas, a cozy living area with fire place, and a large porch with 2 fire pit areas.

Wonderful Home

Everything super clean and cozy. You can tell the host loves and cares for her property. Location is REALLY convenient to groceries, and any number of places to shop and eat The plus for us was that it was within 20 minutes of any of the baseball fields we played on. The host very pleasant and super to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great Stay!

My sons and I stayed here for the SEC baseball tournament. It was a wonderful house in one of the city's nicest neighborhoods—easy access to food and stores. The listing was accurate and had everything we needed. We would rent this home again in the future.

Fabulous find!

We were visiting for a graduation and needed a place close to / in Vestavia Hills with few stairs for my mother to navigate. Not only was this a rare find, but the home is impeccably decorated and well maintained. So close to everything you could need and the hosts were especially communicative. If you see this available in the late spring- early fall… grab it!!!

Charming and Cozy Home in Prime Location – Highly Recommended!

The house is very well maintained, with relaxing decor and all the amenities you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living areas are comfortable and inviting. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Communication with the host was seamless, and they provided helpful tips and recommendations for our stay. The property was clean, and exactly as described in the listing. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We can't wait to return next year!

Perfect little house!

We absolutely loved our stay in this adorable home. It was so comfortable and cozy. The decor is absolutely gorgeous. Beds were so soft and comfortable. Perfect amount of space for the family. The only small thing was the main bedroom is accessible through one of the other guest rooms. It wasn’t a problem because we had our son in there, but for others that could pose a small inconvenience. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials. I really think this was the best VRBO I have ever rented. The location is awesome! Close to the highway and shopping and food. Caroline is so easy to communicate with and made everything a breeze for us. We would most definitely stay here again! Love love love this home!

Great location

The set up was perfect for parents with 2 little ones in portacribs and grandparents. The family stayed in the “suite” with 2 rooms, which included king bedroom, double bed room, master bath and washer/dryer. The grandparents were across the hall in queen bedroom.

Perfect location! Great host!

A cousins trip to the SEC Baseball Tournament did not disappoint! This home was centrally located to everything we even thought we wanted to do. In a quaint neighborhood, but only a 10 minute walk to coffee, breakfast, bar-b-que and other retails shop. This is a must if your staying in the area!!

Cute, clean comfortable and centrally located to sites, great restaurants and shopping.

Lovely home in a quiet family neighborhood with everything you need to feel “at home” away from home. Great location for all things from Hoover to Mountain Brook and downtown too. Owner is great and available should there be questions. Absolutely one of my favorite stays from VRBO.

Awesome comfortable home

Caroline's home is like staying in your own home. Since the owner lives in the home Aug-April it's beautifully decorated, comfortable seating, large rooms, great nectar mattress. Lovely private outdoor space, beautiful bird songs included. Highly recommend.

Our property is unique because it offers a very large master bedroom with a sitting area to relax and unwind. Our kitchen is fully updated and stocked with essentials. Our living room area is cozy and relaxing to sit and unwind while watching TV. We are so close to everything Birmingham has to offer! Only ~3 minute drive to The Summit Shopping and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.
