This a beautiful and well kept property. It is along a the Blue River, with walking paths to local restaurants. Great family stay. Complete with a hot tub and garage. However do note it has lots of stairs and would be difficult for elderly.

Mostly good

Super nicely furnished and tastefully decorated, comfortable seating and sleeping, fully equipped. Great area, nice walking path. Considerable noise from Parkway traffic during the day and early evening. No air conditioning, the windows must be open in summer, so road noise isn't muted. Window shades flap against the frames at night, somewhat hampering sleep.If you are not accustomed to higher elevation or multilevel living quarters, or have mobility issues, Mountain JAM may not be a good choice. After reserving it, we discovered it is a FOUR level unit, each flight of stairs has 16 steps. All stairways have handrails, but only on one side. There were no grab bars in any of the showers.On two pages of the nice 3-ring information binder, there are statements that this is the hosts/owners “dream home”. It comes across that renting is secondary.I have documented many other things about the unit, some good and some needing improvement, but this text box limits the number of "characters" and therefore I am not able to provide that additional information.Good luck!!

Very upscale but comfortable

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely townhome. It’s modern, well decorated and gorgeous but very comfortable. Many thoughtful amenities are included. The location is ideal and was close to shops and dining. We would love to stay here again if we’re back in Silverthorne!

Overall Very Pleasant!

This listing was beautiful! The location and layout of the home was perfect for our group of friends for our ski trip! We got off to a rough start with sheets missing for the pullout couch, no soap in the bathroom, and missing hairdryer, but the host was very responsive and addressed these issues quickly! Overall a wonderful spot and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Jam in Silverthorn

First impression was definitely a breath taker, very beautiful house. Everything was clean when we got there and looked well kept. All appliances were modern and easy to use. Plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies to make for a nice and easy comfortable stay. Our only concern was that when we arrived there was only one roll of toilet paper in the house. Other than that we were very satisfied and happy that we chose your building to stay in for our trip!

Great accommodations and location

Only bad thing I have to share is the bedrooms area bit small for the beds. Otherwise this home was a great place to stay. The garage was perfect and easily accessible. First condo in summit county we have stayed at that had recycling. Hot Tub was functional and clean. Bedding was firm enough to be comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans which were not destroyed. The location makes for easy access to the freeway, Target, and the river trail. We would gladly stay here again

Fantastic Property

The property was super clean, accessible and communication with the owner was great. Cozy and spacious. Loved the garage parking and hot tub. Wished we could have stayed longer. Silverthorne is a great community.

Peaceful stay on the Blue River

Such a beautiful home away from home. We settled in and made amazing memories here. Great location, close to many amenities, many entertainment options at the house. Spacious beautiful kitchen, made cooking a joy while on vacation. We can’t wait to return. Loved Colorado!!!

Great mountain spot

This home is beautiful and a great place for a family or large group to stay. Plenty to walk to including the outlet mall and a path along the river. The hosts are super responsive and accomodating. I would highly remmend!!

In town for my daughter's wedding

Hello! We are your host, Mountain JAM, consisting of Justin, Alesha and Matt. Justin and Alesha are married and the parents to two adorable children. Alesha and Matt are childhood best friends who have known each other since middle school. Matt is the proud father to his handsome bernedoodle, Yeti.

Based in Denver, CO, we have always dreamed of owning a property together in the mountains, specifically Summit County, where we can bring our families to make memories on the mountains and explore all the beauty Colorado has to offer. After years of patience and persuasion, we finally closed on our mountain condo in November of 2022!
