Welcome to our 5BR, 3.5BA modern retreat, just 10-15 mins from SeaTac Airport & 20 mins from Seattle's cruise port!

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, game room for added fun, and an outdoor living area with a fireplace. Perfect for families or groups, with plenty of street parking and close to Seattle's best attractions.

This home is suitable for large groups of up to about 18 people looking for a base for their Seattle adventures.

We had a group of 7 guys for a large National Parks trip and our first time in Washington State. There were plenty of clean beds and amenities that made this place a super comfortable experience. Plenty of towels, supplies, good laundry amenities, and pots/pans for cooking. We also LOVED the game room in the garage. The parking situation in the driveway became a little tricky because of how large our vehicle was especially with the incline, but there’s plenty of street parking in front that worked out well for us. All in all really good place to stay and very affordable!!! Would recommend.

Very comfortable for our family of 16, except not enough towels. (Only 1 kitchen towel and NO wash clothes). Game room a real hit with the younger adults. Trash outside had not been removed from previous renters.

The house was okay upon arrival at 4pm the house was hot . AC was programed and ir was very uncomfortable with all the guest. The house was dirty, the sheets on the bed were full of hair . And had to be washed. The bathroom tub had hair in it as well before anyone ever showered. The vents were also very dirty . The living room had not been vacuum or swept. In order to help out we pulled all the sheets and towels to the washer area so the next guest could get clean sheets.

Quick visit to Seattle

This property was a pleasant surprise and it suited our needs just fine. We caught the train to the Mariners’ game and it worked out very well. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great for large family stay

This property was a good fit for our large family. The house had a great layout and amount of beds/rooms/bathrooms to accommodate us all. The game room was great for the kids. The host had provided plenty of the things we needed like towels, coffee, etc. The location was great and central to both downtown Seattle and southcenter area for shopping and dining. Only things is that we did have issues with the oven that was not disclosed to us beforehand and a solution was not offered until we pushed. We appreciate how communicative the host was though and willing to make it right for us. Overall we recommend this listing.

Nice modern house for family of multi age groups

We enjoyed our stay with our family and friends. The kids had lots to do inside the house, ranging from 1-8 years old. We wished there was more of an outdoor space, but the garage gaming area really accommodated our needs. The house felt very clean and stocked all our needs!

Great Place

Stayed here with a larger group for a weekend golf trip. Was perfect place to hang out and an excellent location for getting to / from the airport and heading south to golf courses as well as north into Downtown. Only note to add to the listing is that the metro from the airport is convenient, just be prepared for a steep hike uphill to get in. With luggage some of our group found this to be pretty difficult. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time in the evenings with the pool table and other amenities!

VERY homey and nice!

This is a wonderful property. The hosts were very attentive, even worrying about a comfortable temperature in the house. We found it decorated for Christmas. I can’t say enough nice about this home. It was perfect for us. I HIGHLY recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. We were so happy to find a place that could hold all of us. Nicely renovated house and clean. Lots of dishes etc for everyone. The. Games room was definitely a bonus that got used a lot by us and the kids. We would stay here again.
