LAUNDRY ROOM: includes washer/dryer, iron with ironing board.

ELEGANT PRIMARY SUITE includes a very elegantly decorated luxurious King bed and TV. Enter the “ensuite” primary bathroom to pure luxury! It includes a separate “His/Her” vanity , shower and a separately enclosed toilet room. This primary room is peaceful, calming and luxurious, with everything at your fingertips!

POOL & SPA: Our large and refreshing pool is just delightful any time of the year!

SMOKING POLICY: No smoking inside the house. Outside use ashtrays.

PARKING: 4 cars will fit in the garage and driveway, depends on their size. Street parking is not-permitted, please respect the neighbors.

POOL RULES: The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100/ night(for each night of your stay). Arrangements must be made within 10 hours of check-in. Pool heating is controlled via remote by owner, please make arrangement prior to arrival. Spa can be heated up to 100 degrees with $25/daily (on demand only and must be turned off after use)
CHECKOUT: Guest check-out time is 12pm.For the late check-out contact with the host. All lights must be turned off. All trash from the house must be taken out to the outdoor garbage cans. Other things to note,
if you are interested in pool heating please let us know and summit a payment 24 hours prior, as it takes time to heat the pool.
Please be aware that the desert can be windy. Kindly remember to close the umbrella when you're finished using it to prevent it from being blown away, avoid being damage or injury.
